My order was 10 minutes later than the estimated pick up time. They forgot to include utensils and napkins. They forgot to add... extra sauce to my Penne Rosa which costs $2 extra. They put Parmesan instead of feta cheese on my order. On my moms penne Rosathey included spinach when she asked for no spinach. Worse experience I?ve ever had at a noodles and company before. The noodles were overcooked, and the online-only pay was confusing and weird. They wouldn't even acknowledge your presence to... help explain how or why. People kept walking in and out and staring at the confusing signs trying to decide what they could eat. Read more
Just witnessed an employee cooking without gloves. He was holding is phone, coughed onto the back of his hand, then picked up a... pan and poured the food into a customer's bowl. He continued to pick up different pans and pour their food into bouls forseveral minutes before I left out of disgust. Employee was wearing a different uniform than the other employees, so I think hewas a manager. (This happened 10/13 around 6:45PM. The employee had a beard. I'm sure he can be identified by that.) I love their chicken parmesan with buttered noodles it's my favorite it's the only thing I get there. And when I asked them to... cut up the chicken into smaller bites so that I can eat it with a fork while I'm driving they happily accommodate me I love it! Read more
This location is awful. Our food was cold and unevenly heated. Food should be served hot especially if you're dining in. But no... it was physically cold in some spots. I had to stir my cheese and Buffalo sauce into my Buffalo Mac and cheese myself. Myboyfriend requested no tomatoes and mushrooms. He got pieces of both in his dish. His was also cold. Tasted horrible. It was 7pmand the employees were putting the chairs upside down on the empty tables, close time is listed 9pm. Avoid this location at allcosts. I'm truly uncertain if the food I ate has been sitting out? Is it safe to eat? Time will tell. Normally I love Noodlesbut this was disgusting. Read more
Messed up order 4 times. Told them specifically what we wanted on the dish each time and they still kept messing it up. 4th time... wasn?t even right, there was zucchini in it but we picked it out because we didn?t feel like getting it remade again. I Stopped by this location on my way home from the cities to pick up three meals for my family. I went inside to place my order... and the young girl working there with Roman Numeral tattoos up her neck was either high as a kite while taking my order, or justcompletely didn?t care? She was non responsive to my questions and stood there yawning while taking the order and while takingother orders while I waited. I told her THREE times not to put mushrooms on my Chicken Alfredo meal as I?m allergic to them, andafter she called my name and I picked up my finished order I asked her a last time if there were mushrooms on my ChickenAlfredo? She looked me in the eye and said no. When I got home and checked my meal, guess what was on there? Mushrooms? If youdon?t like your job, quit? As a paying customer I deserve to get what I ordered? If this cannot be provided, then the wrongperson is in charge over there making sure this happens. If I would not have checked my meal and started eating I could haveended up in the hospital so I just threw it in the garage. In no rush at all to get food out. Lines were very backed up and they would rather spend their time talking and such than... serving guests. Very unprofessional and very upsetting.
