Food just always seems a little old, like they really try to stretch the time out on the food. I specifically always get orange... chicken, sweetfire, and beef and broccoli. The sweet fire was good, the orange chicken was room temp or lower and the broccoliwas still raw in the stem. Service is typically awesome at this still. I have yet to have a bad experience. Very Cold egg rolls. Bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper. The tables were dirty. The fried rice was not ready. They... were out of all utensils! There was no ice tea brewed. Waste of money. Won?t visit here again. Read more

Was not busy at all and still the workers can't clean or stock the drink lids or straws. They were not friendly. After helping... me they proceeded to sit down in the dirty dining area and do nothing but talk and look at their phones. Food didn't look thegreatest but wasn't horrible. Would not go back. Trust the poor rating and many negative reviews. I wouldn't go as far to say that they are the worst managed food establishment... in the state but they are indeed the worst in Plymouth and up there in my personal list of all places in Minnesota. I've hadcountless problems with this specific location as a delivery driver and a customer. The last time I successfully bought theirfood it was inedible and I went at it with corporate for almost a week and was never reimbursed or given an apology. Today, theywere closed at 3pm on a Monday and that did it for me. Had to have been a sign to stop trying and I will. The employees arerude, lazy, incompetent and have no business working where they do. Management is abusive, lacking and essentially non existent.Food is bad, not available or cold. I love Panda Express but this is by far the sorriest excuse of one you'll ever encounter andI want to save you from that encounter altogether by strongly recommending that you find another location. Upon arriving at Panda Express, my body was sent into a state of shock. Arctic temps made it unbelievably uncomfortable to even... stand in line for food to go, let alone dine in the establishment. It was a sharp contrast, even to the 65-degree day. Judy hasbeen trying a gluten free diet, and she needed to request either white or brown rice. Her request was met with lies (that theywere out of both brown and white), and a suggestion that she eat the noodles or fried rice. When she politely told them thatwasn?t an option, the employees magically found a 10-gallon tank of white rice. In order to transfer the rice to the servingdish, the employee used his ungloved hand, and Judy was appalled by receiving finger rice. The misleading didn?t end there. There were no forks available, and we approached the employees who questioned us every step of the way. Eventually, he saunteredfrom behind the counter and handed two individually wrapped forks to us. I was also disappointed to see there was no root beerselection or fortune cookies included with our meals. I appreciate reading my lucky numbers, but my Judy relies on her fortuneto guide her throughout the week. On our way out, we were ironically met with a sign stating their mission and values, ?Ourmission: deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences by building an organization where people are inspired to better theirlives. Our values: proactive, respect/win-win, growth, great operations, giving.? We scoffed that their first value wasproactivity when we had to ask for every basic need, such as rice and eating utensils. Should have gone to LeeAnn Chin. Read more

Please do not eat here. Everything about this restaurant is substandard and a health code violation waiting to happen. Two... employees who refused to cook and were quite rude including one name starting with an A, old food in the pans, extremely dirtyrestaurant. Read more

This panda is meh. The problem is that the employees either don't care or aren't trained well enough. They are always out of... things. They don't seem to understand how to plan ahead. Like, when your noodles are down to 1/4 pan, call for more. Don't waituntil it is empty. Once something is already out is a terrible time to tell the cooks. Anticipate. This isn't rocket science. Ihighly recommend the arbor lakes store if it's convenient. I dunno where the nearest store south of Plymouth is, but it's wortha Google so you don't waste your time here. The employees are nice. The store is clean. I issues there. But the waits areterrible. Read more

I went to the Plymouth MN. location on 9/3/21 at 7:21 pm. I understand that they have a shortage of workers and it is an odd... time. But when I went in they were out of white rice. My son is autistic and won't eat fried rice so I ask for the biggie plateall orange chicken but with no rice or noodles. So she said that was a large ala cart. That was $10.20 and the biggie plate was$9.50 or something like that. I watched her put the exact same 3 scoops in the woman's order ahead of me and I said so. She saidno, my order has 26 ounces and the biggie plate has 18 ounces. So as soon as I got home I weighed it on my bread scale. Not evena full 18 ounces. It wouldn't have been so irksome if she hadn't been so rude about it. It is not so much the money as much asthe response and lack of consideration. Read more
