Standard Panera fare. Food is good, but a bit on the pricey side. Can be busy at odd times, which can lead to a mismatch of... staffing volumes. They are always nice about delays, but food likely won't be warm when you do receive it. Read more

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. The store is dirty and there is food and bread everywhere on the floor. There was... milk in the ice tea, I told the staff, they acknowledged it but it didn?t bother them to change the ice tea. I waited over 30minutes for my order. In the meantime at least 10 orders for pick up went out. When I finally got my order they got the sandwichwrong and the soup tasted so bland as if they added lots of water to it cause they were running low on it. Never again. Read more

What has happened to Panera?! They use to be so good. The last three times I?ve been there the product has gotten worse. Smaller... portions, no customer service and they always forget something. We can?t blame everything on shortages. Maybe cut back on themenu. Read more

Normally great spot and they really are a nice and respectful people who work there. Though I would not suggest going there... during lunch. Had to wait an hour for my food and when I got it it was missing the meat and only had the cheese. Read more

Love the food. You need more staff. One cashier. And nothing was prepped for the line. You guys were running back and forth.... Even the busser had to prep food. Mad house. Read more

Never have I enjoyed a meal more than at this fine establishment. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling workers... and a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite enchanting, and I found myself staying far past mymealtime simply enjoying myself. Initially a line was formed inside, however it went quickly, and upon ordering it was seamlessand quick. I ordered the ?Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich? along with a cup of ?Broccoli Cheddar? soup, food was preparedfrighteningly fast, and came piping hot. Upon biting into my sandwich I had but one thought, if this was my final meal, I woulddie a happy man. The flavors of the perfectly prepared bacon combining with the perfectly prepared turkey was enough to bring meto my knees, weeping tears of joy. The soup was next, and upon tasting its beautiful, creamy broth, I had the same revelation.Due to the meal?s deliciousness I finished it in the blink of an eye. Afterwords I sought out the chef(s), as it would be a sinto not thank the masters behind such scrumptious creations. I quickly found them, two youngins? by the name of Christine andNina, my gratitude to these two cannot be understated, it was truly a life changing experience that filled a hole in me I didn?tknow existed. If I could give my experience at Panera Bread 16875 County Rd 24, Plymouth, MN 55447 more than five stars Iabsolutely would, however I am bound by the limitations of the review system so five stars it is. This is by far my favorite Panera Bread in MN! I love the healthy & delicious food they serve. Even better is the service at... this particular location. Pauline was so kind and genuine when she came up to me today. She reminded me of my own grandmother. You don?t see many today working like she was either. I felt obligated to leave a nice review. You can tell she takes pride inher job. It was so refreshing to see. If only my own generation worked as hard as she was. I?ve also talked to the generalmanager in the past and she was a breath of fresh air. It starts with great employees, then great service, and great portions ofthe freshest food that comes out in a timely manner. The best part about Panera is the food is absolutely delicious and you willnever feel guilty when you leave after your full. I highly recommend this location. I wish they had a Panera in Albertvillewhere I live! Read more

every time i order breakfast at this panera i have an issue with my order. the first time i ordered a souffle and they just... threw it in the paper bag, didn?t put it in a box or wrap it up or anything. the second time i ordered a souffle i get there topick it up and i?m standing there for 5 minutes waiting for my order and i ask one of the girls if they have it and she tells methey don?t have the souffle so i can just pick something else out or get a refund.. then today i order the sausage egg andcheese sandwich and the cheese was literally like a melted plastic texture and so greasy it was dripping when i took it off thesandwich. the sausage also looked undercooked. super disappointing and i will not be getting any breakfast from here anymore.the staff has all been friendly but the food is just not good.
