Amazing got what we ordered. It was ready before I got there.

I?ve had better from other locations, but it wasn?t bad. The girl at the register was sweet, but there were men yelling in the... back so loudly that I could hardly hear her. Definitely a little off-putting. I?m giving them the benefit of the doubt since thegame was on at that time so maybe that?s what they were yelling about lol. We really like papa murphys in Maple Grove. I accidentally ordered from her ( Nathan Lane plymouth) and canceled the order... within a minute, realizing I ordered from the wrong location in plymouth. They still charged me $27, and after calling andcalling leaving messages, I guess the manager or owner or whoever is okay stealing money that rightfully isn't there's. I nevergot their product and they don't want to refund my money. This was a month ago. Refunds are usually within a few days. Read more

We love Papa Murphy's and this was the location closest to our home when we moved. We've basically stopped eating Papa Murphy's... (were having it approx. once a week before) because we've been burned by this location so many times. We have had issuesordering online and having the order be incorrect, as well as ordering in the store - usually toppings are incorrect. The lasttime we visited, we ordered a thin crust pizza and once it was in the oven we realized it was a regular/thicker crust pizza. Icalled the location to see if I could return this and pick up the thin-crust pizza I had ordered. A teenage employee answeredthe phone, said about 3 words and hung up. I arrived to pick up the new pizza and none of the employees said anything, let alonean apology. I get it's just pizza, but we are currently searching for a new Papa Murphy's location that puts more care intotheir work as we used to be such regular customers. Read more

I was just told it would be 30-45 mins to make a large pizza as a walk in customer when I was the only person in the store. I... understand there were tickets before me, but it takes less than two mins to make a pizza and get me out the door. I?m sure theGM/Owner would like to know that customers are being turned away when there is a rush by poor management.
