I like to give fair and objective reviews no matter what. I honestly won?t even take the time to write a review unless it?s... something really positive or negative. This falls in the latter unfortunately. For years this place has been serving hard, oldand dry baked goods. I tried toughing it out for the sake of how amazing the other Perkins are such as the one in MapleGrove butthis place is truly horrendous. You can tell that there cinnamon rolls or muffins were made the day before. You couldn?t evengive it to a child because it could be a choking hazard. I am officially done with this place and will never come back. Read more

Great job staff and management at this location. During late Saturday morning brunch time, staff did a fantastic job of keeping... things moving despite the onslaught of the hungry hoards pouring in from surrounding hotels and nearby freeways - in addition toa very large party of?a lot. Nothing was forgotten and the food was as you expect which is really why we all go to a chainrestaurant right? Good job Perkins staff. Thanks for showing up and being there for us. Top notch hard workers! Read more

Had a horrible meal at this location last night, my appetizer mozzarella sticks were overly deep fried they were very dark in... color and the outside crust was very hard that they broke off in pieces and held together with the melted cheese, my dinnerplate was loaded with grease after they had dumped my onion rings onto my plate, the bottom part of my hamburger bun had blackresidue from i think the grill i wiped it off in a napkin and it smeared the napkin all up and the bun to, why would you serve aplate of food with piles of grease on it? I complained to the manager and she did take the cost of my meal off the bill, butnever offered how she could make it right by offering me a different choice off the menu. And also the hamburger i had was justtasteless in my opinion. I think perkins has gone way down in quality and environmentally over the years it's about time they doa makeover at most of their restaurants as they are getting to be very dated. Thanks for reading and good luck with your meal! Read more

We stood around for an hour and thirty minutes before being sat on saturday night. Several people were sat before us. Servers... and management were rude and overworked. One even insulted our sense of humor in front of us. Perkins always seems to beunderstaffed as well, which is the stem of the problem. Food was far below the standard. Eggs were cold, french toast basicallyuncooked bread, and the waffles were straight out of a free hotel buffet. You're better off anywhere else. Read more

Consistent under-cooked food. Repeat experiences with low quality takeout just make me wish I had spent my money elsewhere. I... know Perkins can do better, but they haven't pulled through recently. Read more

The food has always been great here. I have also had excellent service a few times. Our last visit, we walked in and the host... would not look at or speak to us. She was pretending to be busy between the register and menus but often just shifting objectsback and forth. I don't mind waiting on a list but I can't believe how long we stood in the entryway without even beingacknowledged. We ended up leaving and having an excellent meal and service at the Original Pancake Housing instead. Read more

Good food and service. Have dined here many times over the years... Only issue was computer crashing while trying to cash out,... good old technology... Still a great experience. Read more
