We came in to red Robin on a Saturday night and expected them to be busier than they were. We must?ve just been ahead of the... rush. We went to Red Robin for my mom's birthday. They unfortunately wouldn't take a reservation, but we didn't have to wait too long... to get a table for 8. The milkshakes were excellent even if they took a little longer than normal due to the machine havingissues. My burger was cooked how I wanted and my customizations were followed. When your server is so busy with her two other tables that she drops the refills as she speeds by. She is short and rude in her... tone and speech. That is until it was time to pay. Then there were new workers there and she was suddenly super friendly andtalkative. We normally tip 50% but could not justify but the minimum for this type of treatment. My family was wondering if wehad done something to offend our server but we could not think of anything. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The food waswell made. My partner and I ordered take out, and despite a busy evening, we didn't have towait long for our order. Take out service was exceptional, and well done.
