Was in the drive through lane for 30 minutes. Not exaggerating. 30 minutes. My lady was hungry. We finally got to the speaker... and they turned on the "were closed" message. We got to see the car in front of us get there food. I'm absolutely furious. 0/10. Read more
if there are more then 3 cars at the drive through you will be there for longer than 30 mins. Slowest Taco bell i have ever... been to. for meh quality food. year and a half ago this place was Amazing. new management or something idk but they suck. Read more
Multiple times I have ordered ahead and selected to pick up inside. When I arrive, the lobby is closed and I have to then sit in... the drive thru line to wait for food I pre-ordered which is now cold bybthe time I get it. I understand not having staff to manthe lobby, but turn that option off then. Read more
Pro's-looks nice, ample parking. Con's- zero counter help, machine order only. I can deal with that IF when your food isn't made... after 30 minutes and you ask for help, the kids in the back would respond. They were rude from the start, and had zeroapologies, when I mentioned we've been waiting. They made/remade the food, but when I asked for a glass (it was a combo), theybasically tossed a water glass at me and walked away. I was one of 5 groups in there and 3 had to go back up for fixes, glasses,etc. Won't be back. Read more
Lobby closed at 830pm. Doing delivery and stuck in the drive through for 20 min. I feel like a hostage since there is no second... lane to leave. This is the second time in 2 days. No longer picking up from here. Day staff is great! Read more
I went here two days in a row. Yesterday my order arrived without one of the burritos I ordered. Today my burritos had things on... them I specifically requested not be on them. The receipt lists them as not being on there. I just wanted my burrito the way Iordered it. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell anytime soon. Read more

I hate this Taco Bell. If you want to wait in the drive through line for 23 minutes-- 15 minutes before even ordering without... any hope for escape, go to this Taco Bell. The drive through lane is only one lane. I seriously considered driving over thesidewalk to get out! I should have! (What a cruel fate to be stuck in line here!) Read more
