Arrive at gate pick up phone, have P O numbers ready. Come in park in middle of yard if that is full park against fence. Go to... office for 2nd check in. Office is between the 2 docks. Entrance has an awning over it. They will call you with a door. Afteryou are backed in go back to office check in 3rd time. This time you see the lumper. I stopped at the gate and called one of the numbers listed for receiving. I gave them my PO number and they gave me a door... immediately. I walked to the driver check in area (kinda near door 1) and there they establish if you want lumper services ornot (capstone)... Unloading took just under an hour. Paid lumper fee through a link sent by text - I had 6 pallets. With addedfees with was a total of $320. Kinda steep, but I've seen worse... I don't really have any complaints. Got here at 0730 for an 0830 appointment. It's now 1115 and I'm still not in a door. I'm glad they have all day to get their... appointments taken care of. I'm likely going to miss out on a load back out now because of the incompetence of this place. Stay far away! They're terrible Read more
6 am appointment time, didn't get into a dock til 10:30, waiting on a us foods truck to move out of a door even when docks... beside it was open and they wouldn't let me take any door beside it, just the one I was assigned to. One of the worst us foods Ihave delivered to and they don't respect over the road drivers! Now waiting again to get unloaded!! Read more
The guy at for the lumper fee takes bribe money, gave him $40 and unloaded me in 30 minutes that was 4 hours before my... appointment time. This was my third time delivering this month and the other times took at least 6+ hours to unload. I see nowthat money talks and I wasn?t the only briber!!! Read more
I was an hour late for my appt bc of an issue in Chicago (imagine that right). None the less, still got me a door in 10 mins and... unloaded in 45! Absolutely great!! Except for the guy with the attitude in receiving. He needs an adjustment or some classes.Something. He is an idiot. Easy docking but no overnight. And not really any good place to park...maybe on the turn aroundoutside the gate? Still not really. Read more
