My husband and I ordered the 10 piece spicy nuggets meal, a spicy chicken Asiago sandwich and a bacon double stack burger and we... had problems with most of the order. Turns out that 1/2 the nuggets were regular not spicy and the spicy nuggets we did get weresuper old, dry, and hard. When it came to the chicken sandwich it was spicy, but also extremely old, hard, and dry to the pointyou can?t squeeze it between your fingers. This is my first review I have ever wrote on any company so you know this have to be bad I been working in fast food most of my... life. I am a GM for one of the TOP and BEST sub shops in the world. This place takes the cake for me. We went there between2:30 and 3pm on 9-17-22 We was the only ones in there and no one was in drive thru we had 4 different orders after watching themanager make out drinks (her way not Wendy's way) she give us our drinks the. She handed me two bags. Mind you I have 4 ordersand I told her to bag two orders pre bag. She did not. She tell me what I did not pay for and I had the proof (I keep ALL MYRECEIPTS) SO she gave me what she missed the first go round. Why we get in the car go to eat the food. Nuggets old to the pointwhere the breading it separated from the chicken fries cold and drink is bitter and sour. This is sad everyone wanna raiseprices but not giving you fresh hot food. This is my very first time coming to this Wendy?s location ! The service and cleanliness of the restaurant was spectacular. I ordered $30 worth of food, my chicken sandwich and soda were the only good things about the whole experience. I called the... store and let them know that all my fries and chicken nuggets were cold. The manager spoke to me like I was insane and he said?we not busy all my employees make the food fresh.? I said ?sir I will come back and bring you all my cold food, my cheese isn?teven melted on my baconator fries.? He continued to argue with me after I asked for an exchange. I asked for his name, Somas,the worst manager I have ever had an experience with. I don?t make reviews often unless they deserve one and Somas definitelydeserves one. I have been a manager for a few fast food restaurants and cannot imagine speaking to people the way that Somas didto myself. I hate confrontation and I hate getting half an order of cold food and I also hate leaving bad reviews. I have been to this Wendy's on a few occasions and there has always been something wrong with my order and it's a pretty simple... order. (Dave's single burger only onion and lettuce. ) I have called an complained about it and it gets me absolutely no whereand the customer service forget it. Rude cashiers that have no manners or even commen sense when it comes to customerservice. Tonight I went and not only was my food wrong but I had condiments that were 1 month old! I love Wendy?s but will never go here again. I sat waiting to order at the drive through for several minutes. I finally drove... around. At the first window there was an employee on their phone. They never looked up. At the second window the employee and Imade eye contact. She shook her head no. I waited until she opens window to tell me they were closed due to lack of staff.Seriously?!. I was working on the Saturday the 3rd of December and I hadn't been to Wendy's in a while and I remember that they had that... honey chicken biscuit so I haven't been really eating any carbs because I'm on keto so this was gonna be a really good treat forme I got to Wendy's drive-through and the menu was up and I was prompted by the manager that they were not serving Breakfastthis morning, I would bummed out, I had been eating at Wendy's since I started working at my job and this Wendy's please I tryto give them a reprieve if but I think today was the wrong day to give her reprieve,so I had to go to Holiday to get a muffin,not a chicken biscuit w/honey.
