Drive-thru is always busy inside service is very very slow and mind you that's with only 3 customers inside that's including... myself. I really haven't had any problems here, they do a good job.
I went there today and it was awful. I ordered a medium hot coffee, a medium strawberry coolatta and a plain bagel untoasted... with cream cheese on the side. The only thing they got right was the coffee. The bagel was basically thrown at me and toastedalmost to the point of burnt and after waiting for over 10 minutes for my coolatta and not being able to get anyone's attentionI left. So they made some money off me today but I wasn't going to deal with them. I was not in a good mood so decided it wasbest that I leave. So if you decide to go there good luck to you. Read more
