Drive-thru is always busy inside service is very very slow and mind you that's with only 3 customers inside that's including... myself. Had on a mask and was made to feel uncomfortable. Manager spoke rudely to employees in front of everyone about parking. Bathroom... was untidy. 1 star across the board. Read more
I really haven't had any problems here, they do a good job.
I went there today and it was awful. I ordered a medium hot coffee, a medium strawberry coolatta and a plain bagel untoasted... with cream cheese on the side. The only thing they got right was the coffee. The bagel was basically thrown at me and toastedalmost to the point of burnt and after waiting for over 10 minutes for my coolatta and not being able to get anyone's attentionI left. So they made some money off me today but I wasn't going to deal with them. I was not in a good mood so decided it wasbest that I leave. So if you decide to go there good luck to you. Read more
Went to Dunkin? Donuts in Plymouth this morning OMG nasty coffee?s got two of them one was extra extra and the other was a large... mocha it taste like old coffee bitter.. thank you Plymouth for taking my eight dollars worth of coffee and just dumping it outbecause that?s what we did because it was so freaking nasty.. Ordered online. Why bother to order large size if they doesn?t even fill the cup 3/4 of the way. See photo.
2nd time order completely wrong. I'd say that maybe 3rd time would be the charm, but why punish myself by going back.
