Not busy on Sunday, 5pm. Friendly wait staff. After ordering food took exceptionally long time to arrive. Portions were good.... Not too much but able to clean our plates and did not feel stuffed. Fried clams were tender. Haddock was flaky and nicelybattered. Boiled lobster was just right. Cole slaw was sweet and more than a fork full. Fries were barely warm. Seemed likethey were either pre cooked and sitting in a pan for a while or cooked too early and sat under warming light. $140 for 3people. Read more

Visited recently. The food is amazing. The staff are all super polite. Great positive atmosphere. We asked our server, Desiree,... for some suggestions as it was our first time visiting and she definitely did not steer us in the wrong direction! Not only wasshe super helpful, she was amazing! The place was packed and she didn?t miss a beat! We will be back when we come to the areaagain and we will be asking for her by name! Strongly recommend George?s if you want great seafood, amazing staff and an allaround feeling of home! Read more

3 stars is generous. Jumbo crab cakes $15.95 deep fried and likely not homemade. Fishermans platter $37.95. 4 small scallops,... 4 small shrimp, 4 whole belly clams, 2 tiny pieces of haddock. Clams were rubbery. Fries were underwhelming. Coleslaw wasbasic at best. We probably won?t be back. I heard this place was great before new owners took over. Read more

I work across the street and get lunch quite often here. Always Delicious. My favorite is the Pastrami Reuben! I had one today... and it was Over The Top! Soo Good! I also like that they switched to cardboard containers. Read more

I ate here with my fiance on a recent trip to NH. We ate clam chowder, fried scallops and the fried haddock sandwich. The space... is a little older feeling, but still very charming and welcoming. The staff was all so kind and seemed to be genuinely enjoyingtheir work! Food was all well cooked and exactly as expected. If you are looking for a place to indulge and fill up after a skiday, this is your place! The only caveat would be dessert was very very mediocre. Nothing special but other than that this placeis worth your time! Read more
