I order drinks from here whenever I am in town. Today I ordered the same drinks I always order (LG Dr pepper and LG diet coke) I... pay and go to the pickup window and the lady hands them to me and says " LG diet coke and LG root beer" I said I didn't order aroot beer I ordered a Dr pepper and she says that's what I meant to say. So I trusted her and took the drink. It was a rootbeer. Which for most wouldn't be a big deal but I dislike root beer tremendously. The lady that did this is usually at one ofthe windows when I stop and always has an attitude. I won't waste my time or money at a place with employees like that. Read more
Ordered from the kiosk and the employee brought our food to the table with a smile. Tasted great. I have been in plymouth for 5... years now, and the best and friendliest restaurant service I've had is this mcdonalds and dunkins. Isn't that fascinating? Read more

I eat fast food maybe once a year, so it was taking me a couple of minutes to try to figure out their menu. The girl taking my... order was extremely rude! She cut me off while I was trying to ask her a question about a breakfast sandwich. But she cut me offand said "can I take your order" a couple of times while I was still trying to ask my daughter what drink she wanted with hermeal because they didn't have the drink she originally wanted, and again, "Ma'am, can I take your order". That's when I gotfrustrated and I told her to hold on a moment and I'd let her know when I'm ready to order Now mind you, nobody was behind me inthe drive thru until I was at the second window, collecting my drinks and bag of food that was basically thrown at me! I saytbut even if there was, they have 2 lanes to order at) The person at the first window was nice and there was still nobody behindme.... I pull up to the second window, and as I said, the girl said,"here" and basically threw the drinks at me, which were likehalf full.I didn't pull away after she threw the totally open bag with the food and 1 napkin in it (for us to share I guess). Ipulled the sandwiches out of the bag and both of them were wrong but my daughter didn't want to get anyone mad so she kept hersandwich and ate it. At that point, there was 1 car pulling up to the first window. I was banging on the window because therewas nobody in sight. The rude lady came to the window and I told her the issue. I had to pull up to wait for them to make itright because she placed my order wrong because she was too busy squawking at me about taking my order....And not for nothingbut $19 and change for 2 breakfast meals.... insane, I'll never go back! Another location switched over to self checkout; no cashiers unless customer is paying with cash. Positioning of virtual... ordering causes confusion in some situations. Interior cleanines seems maintained. Read more
Horrible morning service....they are so focused on drive thru they do not cater to dine in customers...and there self ordering... kiosk will be the demise of this organization. I have seen a lot of customers walk out in frustration. C-Man Roadside is mynew place for breakfast. Read more
Went to this McDonald's and got their strawberry milkshake . And it's a vanilla milkshake with a hint of strawberry got a... chocolate milkshake and it's vanilla with a hint of chocolate. Got the new chocolate pretzel mcflurry and again vanilla withchocolate color. Also ordered 2 meal the fries were awful and sandwich es were basic and cold . For the price they charge now Iexpect quality food and beverage. I could of went out to a real restaurant for the price of all this an actually enjoyed myfather's day dinner but was tired so this was the pick absolutely awful Read more
