My wife and I ordered food at 7pm on a Sunday night, placed it for delivery and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. An... hour goes by and we still don?t have our food so my wife calls the restaurant to ask and she was told the delivery driver left 5mins prior to our phone call and she?d be to our house momentarily. Another 30 minutes goes by and still no food. So it?s nowbeen an hour and a half since ordering food and she calls again. The lady said our order was for takeout and we could get arefund and no food or the lady could deliver our food then. We agreed for the delivery and left our address once again. Aboutten minutes later we got a call saying the delivery lady was at our house, she wasn?t and my wife stepped outside of our houseand went to the street. There was nobody there. This went on for over 30 mins and then hung up on my wife. The store then calledsaying they weren?t able to find our house after my wife gave directions from the store itself. They refused to bring us ourfood and when we asked for a refund they hung up the phone on us. They were rude and we never got our food or a refund. I willnot be going back here again. For a college town people sure are rude. I expected better from this small town and a highlyrecommended business. Read more
Poor service. Went for a dinner and staffers were unfriendly. There were plenty of seats left and they were too lazy to clean... them up . Took our phone number and asked us to wait outside even there were chairs inside for the waiting people. Weather waspretty hot outside. Plus they never called us. We went for Thai food but this place offers Korean food, Sushi and Pho as well.Very limited Thai food options. It's impossible do all these right. Read more

Was in Plymouth only a couple of days and ordered from Thai Smile. Deliver was quick and the delivery person was so nice. And,... the food was wonderful. We had Wonton Soup, Tom Yum Soup, Scallion Pancake, and Chicken Pad Thai. All were full of flavor,piping hot and very fresh. If I lived here, they would definitely be a favorite. Read more

The Thai fried rice was very tasty. The staff was very friendly & courteous. I would not order sushi again. The sweet potato was... good, but average. The red dragon was way too spicy. I love spicy food, but this was too much. This was my first experiencehere. I would try another dish next time, maybe a curry. Read more
Hole in the wall kind of place with overall good food with fast and efficient service but they need to be consistent with spice... level. We asked both our dishes to be medium spice at level 3 but one of them was way too much. I would eat here again but orderlower level on the spice level. Read more
