Absolutely the worst service I?ve ever had at a Bojangles?where do I start?..ordered chicken biscuit?.they were out of... chicken?so said ok?how about three steak biscuits. After waiting..and waiting?and waiting?.I asked when I might get the orderand was told they forgot and lost the order and would have to cook the steak?.finally got it and they only cooked two?notthree?. Out of all of the Bojangles I have been to, this Bo has the best fluffiest buttery biscuits out any Bo up and down the coast. ... To add, the cajun pintos are an awesome addition to mention flavorful and served HOT! ALL Bojangles need to follow suit. Goodjob Plymouth Bojangles! Read more
The biscuits at this Bojangles were the best I have ever had!! Food was hot and fresh! This store could teach the others... franchise stores a thing or two. Staff was great also. We had a huge order and they treated it like the best challenge. Fast,professional, and acted like they had fun doing it!! Read more
How can I start? The staffing is very short staffed, every time I come the food be cold or lukewarm, out of certain items during... the day, rude employees, always want to close the doors when the drive thru be extremely long, closed early for not wanting towork til 10, always want to don't cook anything fresh! If you don't want to work or show up for your shift close the businessdown and enjoy your laziness. 7 to 7 is not worth it especially if you on your lunch break waiting from 13 to 19 minutes for hotchicken. The management is sorry, heartless and cruel. If I was the corporate hire people off the streets and pay them to helpthese sorry businesses out. Very disappointing. Read more

I love that when I'm traveling, I've always had a good experience at this Bojangles..the food was hot, fresh, the chicken... sandwich was delicious, now I will say if your not partial to spice..its a bit spicy.. I loved it, but did my next visit try thegrilled chicken sandwich.. it was a pleasant surprise, not spicy, cooked just right, and tasted great.. I also must say theyoung ladies working the take out window, were friendly, kind and efficient. Hope to get by again..til then I have only had goodexperiences..keep up the great job" Read more
As another reviewer wrote, this Bojangles is the best!! I wish the others could take lessons. Their cinnamon twist is to die... for. The staff are friendly and work as a team and work hard to keep the food coming especially on a Sunday morning. I onlywish they were not so far from Durham! Great job, Plymouth Bojangles employees!!!
