I have never had a bad experience here until today! The lady taking care of my order had long, blonde hair that was greasy... looking and it was not tied back and she wasn?t wearing a mask! I?m APPALLED that she didn?t have her hair tied back; that?sdisgusting when you?re working with food. Then she burnt one of the sandwiches I ordered and didn?t think to make a new one.Definitely will not be going back if she?s working. Read more
I was in today around 11:30am and a young man made my boyfriend the best spicy ???? buffalo chicken sandwich he's ever had!... Definitely will be getting it again! Can't remember the man's name but he was very polite and personable. Read more
The worst subway I've ever been to. Employees always seem undertrained. Girl who made my sandwich used a dirty knife to cut my... sandwich and didnt change gloves between her last order and mine so she got bbq sauce all over my bread (seems like a majorhazard if someone were to be allergic). Very dissatisfied with the service I received at this location. I had placed an online order for 5 sandwiches including 2 meals... to pick up after my shopping trip. Upon arriving home to feed my young children while I put groceries away before leaving forwork, I discovered 4 out of the 5 sandwiches were made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen, however when you order asandwich that contains only meat and they decide to add marinara sauce and cheese to them....3 ft longs weren't even cut, I wasgiven the wrong wraps on the 2 that were ordered and was shorted 2 cookies (yes I double checked it is all on the receipt). WhenI called the store the associate tried to say that this information was not in the order, as I read the receipt off to her. Shethen informed me that she didn't know what I wanted her to do about it because they were closing.... I have attempted to contactheadquarters and that seems to be going nowhere as well, again I understand mistakes happen, but when I spend $50 on sandwichesI kind of expect it to be what I had ordered... The person Tristan that waited on us right away however did not see if he washed his hands before coming out from the back... room... did a very good job and a very nice kid our sandwich was made well we could actually taste the seafood on our bread Ihate how very little they put on you cannot even taste what you are paying for...veggies looked fresh and good. Then table I wasgoing to sit at the bench was not wiped down and had a sticker of some sort on it. I was looking for the bread choices andcould not find it Tristan showed me but I could not read the choices it was on the window I guess to me it did not look like itwas the choices of the bread it looked like something else I feel it needs to be a bigger sign for people having trouble seeingfine print. I was not there at a busy time it was later at night things looked clean as far as the sandwich making area all inall I do think it was pretty good little surprised one person only was working I feel two at least should be there for safetysake and for helping with things. I went here for a few subs for my kids and I so I ordered two kids meals and one foot long steak and cheese. Well their food was... got but my bread wasn't the best I had from any subway. For one my bread had an excessive amount of herbs and cheese that it wasclumped on the bottom of the bread and the bread was dry. The next issue was my sub barely had any meat on it and like I said Ihave previously have bought this same exact sub from other subways because it's my favorite. I arrived at 8:55 p.m. and Keith D made my parents subs without acting like he was in a hurry to close shop. He was friendly and... the food was still out looking fresh, clean and really good. Unlike other Subways in the area the tomatoes were red andfresh! Also, when I arrived Keith was mopping in the back. He quickly stopped, washed his hands, gloved up and asked me what Iwould like to order. I was impressed because the majority of the time I need to ask food servers to put on clean gloves. Had a sandwich artist named James that was fantastic. I rattled off a variety of Toppings and he was great about making sure I... got what I wanted. As a customer, we need to take a step back sometimes and slow down when ordering. He did great and providedawesome service.
