If I could give 0/5 stars I would. The employees never serve anyone, my friends all have gotten excuses like ?we?re out of food?... and one of them asked for a chicken burrito and they said ?we don?t have chicken? then asked for beef instead and they replied?out of beef? my sister got "The computers are being updated an not working right now we will be back up in about 15 min" sothey waited 15 min because they really wanted tacos and came back and he said the same thing. I got ?our card reader is down?last time and just today I got ?our hot water heater is down.? I also saw a customer sit inside waiting for service and leavebecause you can literally see them smoking in their car with the headset on losing the store money and getting paid. All ofthese instances have happened on separate days over several weeks. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done. There isno management to call and if you leave a message on their phone I?m sure they just delete it before anyone higher up sees. Read more
When we were handed the bag I said the bag look small are you sure we got all that we ordered..? Oh yes every thing is in... there. Are you sure? Oh yes... We pulled forward and my wife said that her Nacho BellGrane was missing. it is a $6.00 itemsand I was not going to just leave. We drove around the building and tried to go in to complain. We could not go in because thedoor was locked. We had to get back into line and wait to talk to to talk to the wall. We were told "Oh yes we forgot youritem just pull around and we will bring it out". We knocked on the door and no one came. There was a person sitting in the carwho we believe was the manager and he said, we just can't hire help. After about 5 minutes our order was brought out. It wascold. The Mexican pizza had broken into small pieces and was all over the bag. We saw multiple vehicle drive off while we werewaiting. Obviously we were not the only people feed up. Read more
This place is terrible! They always mess up the orders. One time I ordered cheesy bean rice burritos a few of my burritos were... literally filled with just sauce nothing else. Just yesterday my girlfriend and I waited about 40 minutes after placing ourorder. There were people in front of us waiting at the window to receive there food. They had been waiting for 30 minutes beforewe got there. We ended up leaving. I never seen so many cars drive off at a fast food place. Will never go hear again. Read more
Ordered cinnamon twists for the kids, daughter says "it tastes like bleach and burned went trying to swallow". Tried it for... myself and sure enough. Called the store not looking for anything free, to let them know for future customers. They told me theywould not serve that, but you can come back and get two more orders for free. The food was okay, I know they were dealing with some employee shortages and their hours were limited in the past but on this... particular day everything was in good working order and they had everything I wanted. Pretty much par for the course as far astaco bell goes. I really do enjoy the crunch wrap supreme. I should also mention that the employee at the window was very kindand friendly. Read more
This is the slowest Taco Bell ever. Staff is super unprofessional. Waited 20 minutes to get my food. Had to go up and ask if... they skipped my order. They did. No sorry. No compensation for wasting my time. Don?t go here. Read more
Food is average but the customer service isn?t the greatest . We went last week and the guy on speaker takes our order like... normal. Repeats back fine I say thank you he doesn?t say anything else. Fine but pull to window he opens window doesn?t sayanything takes our card gives us our drinks and food all he said was here you go and closed the window. Read more
Zero customers in drive-thru zero customers in store total of five employees working no orders. I walk in two employees are... sitting having a conversation I make eye contact with a few of the employees in the kitchen who totally ignore me after countingto 90 in my head which gave me a total of 3 minutes of being in that store I walked out no one took my order deer managementlearn how to do customer service properly.
