I?m sort of a regular here at papa johns (order about twice per month). Never fails, When I order (online) and I pick up and... Shanae is working, my order is done very fast and accurate. Her cheerful energy when walking in the store lights up the room.She greets me when I walk in and goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend her as a great leader. Read more

Rude as hell I called with an issue because my bank was charged for an order I tried to place and the person on the phone was... speaking in such a rude way. You can?t help me but my account was charged.. then you have other orders to fill yet I was stillcharged for an order I wanted? exactly why I stopped ordering and messing with papa John?s in the first place was the constanttechnical issues and the lack of customer services that some of their employees have is just horrible. The female manager I dealt with (owner?) was extremely kind and gave exceptional customer service while I waited for my pizza.

The ?manager? Mike was extremely unprofessional. I came in, was not greeted nor acknowledged. He was sitting there going back... and forth with another staff member about lateness or something along those lines. He made eye contact and then continued toprep wings (red flag number one for me). Then the front started to get busy, a group of kids came in behind me and a staffmember stated ?Mike you have people at the front.? At which point Mike said ?I?ll with you all in a minute.? He continued toprep, several minutes had passed. Then when he comes to the front he completely by-passes me and attempts to help the group ofkids who were clearly standing behind me and there well after me. I interrupted, and demanded to be serviced first so that Icould leave and get back to my child. Before leaving the house the app said that my order was complete (i placed an order for asmall pizza at 6:26pm I was at the store at 7:03pm). He mentioned that they haven?t even put my order in for the 10 inch pizza.I was honestly livid but I exited the building calmly. When i called to discuss my experience I wanted to escalate to a manager.Just my luck that unprofessional, Mike with the stereotypes was the manager on duty (so he claims). He refused to provide mewith the corporate phone number and claimed he didn?t have it. It took him extremely long to even provide who the generalmanager is so that I could further escalate the experience because he is in extremely need of training. All in all it was just abad experience. I urge you all to take your business elsewhere if Mike is on the clock. Especially if you fall into a categoryof people whom he is not interested in serving.
