Yes we seen all the negative reviews but Really wanted to give them a good review but after 30 minutes of waiting for our food... and watching 4 other groups walk out because the host was setting at the bar playing on his phone not doing his job, our foodfinally came out only for 4 of my chicken strips to be raw. Had to go to the kitchen to get someone to return them. Waitedanother 20 minutes to get them back. Most of the staff was just setting around talking and not doing their jobs. Should of beena sign when 2 of the waitress were setting out front smoking, and came in and went right back to work not even giving themselvesenough time to wash their hands but... We are not locals but love Ruby Tuesday but got to say this one is far below the nationalstand and if ever in the area won't stop there again. Read more

First time at this location. Salad bar was the only thing we enjoyed. Restaurant is in desperate need of a face lift! Very poor... lighting. We waited 20-25 minutes for our food and there was possibly four occupied tables. Our food was barely edible, cold andhad been sitting for quite a while. Extremely disappointed. Time to close up shop! We brought our in laws out for dinner andwere so embarrassed. Our Family will never return! Read more

Great place for dinner. Quiet friendly atmosphere. Moderately busy for an early Thursday dinner crowd. Friendly, professional... server, Naeem, is also the manager. He was great. I've been here before on business trips and will be back. The hickory bourbonsalmon if the best. Read more

Love the updated salad bar. Update: I went in today for the first time in probably 2 years (before the pandemic) and I still... love their salad bar but the inside of the restaurant definitely need some updating. The vinyl on the booth was cracked andpartially peeling. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with zucchini as my side along with a salad bar. They had plasticdisposable gloves next to the salad bar plates and besides taking a new plate for each trip they also wanted you to use gloveswhile picking up food. Not everyone was using the gloves though and it wasn't enforced. Read more

All Ruby Tuesdays are closed in Detroit. Dave was great, but a little more cleaning could be done. Food was good and fresh. We... tried a new wing appetizer,, very tasty. Read more

I'm pretty sure Kraft Mac and cheese tastes better than what I received. Y'all should not be charging extra for this, half of... the noodles don't have cheese. It might as well be buttered noodles. Also my lava cake is way over cooked, a minute too long inthe microwave guys. Read more

I have only three stars because the restaurant could use an update cosmetic work. My server was excellent very attentive,... helpful and efficient, our food wasn?t the best the cook wasn?t on his or her best game they added a new dish to the menu andit?s first try was horrible in my opinion since I was the first person to have it, there was a small portion of ingredients inthe middle of the nachos and the rest was empty of nothing but the chips. The ribs were really good tho I would get that againwith coleslaw and potatoes. The other dish wasn?t good the bread came hard as a rock and the taste was off too spicy and notaste ???? doesn?t equal flavor . Read more

I see why they're closing up all the locations honestly, 3 in the entire area. The service was cool, drinks were cool. The baked... potato was ice cold, zucchini was warm, salmon was the only thing hot on the plate. Ruby's just isn't what it used to be. Read more
