If I could give this location zero stars I would. The experience of even trying to stop for a quick breakfast here is difficult... and painful. While I often find this kind of experience at other Wawas too, this location takes the cake. If you're luckyenough to survive unscathed the gauntlet of over-sized commercial vehicles crammed in their tiny parking lot, the real funbegins inside. It's dirty and crammed with people. You have to stand elbow-to-elbow fighting your way through just to getcoffee. The grab and go breakfasts suck. They don't stock or replenish the sandwiches, and the bins are usually empty or sparse(and for some reason they have a particular aversion to hash browns). Getting in line for a sandwich is not an option if youwant to get to work at a reasonable time. And checking out is it's own adventure. I can't tell you how many times I walked outempty-handed because I could not get service. Then of course good luck spending another 10-15 minutes getting out of theparking lot because the entire fleet of 1-800-WE-GOT-JUNK trucks congregates there along with dump trucks, delivery trucks,landscaping vehicles with extended trailers, and others are there blocking the way out. The parking lot is tiny and at bestbuilt to fit regular sizes personal vehicles. And don't even think of trying to get gas here. In short, do yourself a favor-don't shop here. And for Wawa management, I realize you don't care so long as your locations make money, but maybe you shouldtake a trip down south time time and visit a Bucees to see how a convenience store really works. I have ordered food through door dash and everytime I give them another chance they just can't get it right. They keep on... missing items but i do get reimbursed from door dash and last night was the last time I will order from this wawa. Read more
I had to wait about 25 min extra for an ordered drink that the kid running the cash register didn't even ring it up and I didn't... know that it wasn't paid for, so I'm standing waiting for it, the woman running it doesn't say anything walks away from thecounter for a few minutes starts talking to other people then finally she looks at me and tells me in a patronizing tone thatI need to pay for it like I'm trying to just walk out it. Every time I place an order through the wawa app, this location screws up my order one way or another. Wrong items, missing... items. I?ve even contacted wawa, who contacted this store regarding wrong items I was given, and they said they had the rightitems in stock which means an employee intentionally provided the wrong items. Wawa needs to hire people who do better. Read more
I ordered through GrubHub My Chicken cheese steak had no cheese I ordered extra cheese and it was Cold! Several items I didn't... get! Hot coffee was lukewarm! Ordered Roast Turkey Hoagie and got Roast Beef?? I don't blame GrubHub because I got a refund foritems I didn't get! I like Wawa never had any problems but this Wawa is Horrible!!! I like this Wawa store it's one of my favorites. You can buy gas there and diesel fuel. They have a lot of parking space and a... free air machine for your tires. They have ATM machines. It's the clean store well kept and stocked. The staff is very friendlyand helpful accommodating. Is a busy store but the staff keeps up with the pace. Yesterday I ordered a pita sandwich and the pita was undercooked and doughy. I thought it was a one off, so I took a gamble and... ordered breakfast this morning. Today I received a burnt croissant. This is horrible. I ordered breakfast from Wawa and normally they don't disappoint but today could be another story. I ordered a... quesadilla and it was so burnt it fell into crumbs when I tried to pick it up. I ordered a double stack it was supposed to haveham cheese and egg white there was not even a slice of ham in the sandwich totally unacceptable. And ordered a side of bacon andonly got 2 peices Wawa this isn't right and never will be. Read more
