Being a formal employee of kfc, I must say this was a terrible experience. I ordered 2 combo meals and both were ice cold. The... potatoes were disgusting. The chicken was very under cooked. A company prides itself on presentation and taste. In this case thelocation failed miserably. This is 3rd time I had trouble with bad food at the Pocahontas AR. Location. Clearly some training onthe proper way to cook chicken is needed. I?m tempted to apply myself because this is simply ridiculous. Read more
Ordered (3) 2 pc meals. The thighs were so small they looked like 1/2 grown chicken thighs. The meals didn't come with cole... slaw just potatoes and biscuit, didn't ask what sides we wanted. I Called the manager and he was very rude and said they have 2different options on meals but I didnt know this they didnt ask what number meal we wanted. I asked for manger and this is notthe first time this manger made me feel like a theif or if i knew what i was saying. Too high price for small chicken pieces.Terrible place to go. 8/11/2022. I really disappointed that all KFCs have done away with the buffet. But this one wasn't too bad. I've gotten to the point where... I don't order the biscuits anymore because they're always hard as a hockey puck. I got in there approximately an hour after therestaurant opened, and lo and behold the biscuits were soft and hot and good. I guess that's the trick Read more
These guys were the ONLY restaurant that stayed open during an ice storm here recently when my son and I were traveling through.... Taco Bell left early, along with everyone else. KFC closed when their sign said they would and not before, served up some tastychicken to hungry travelers. Our thanks to the staff. Read more
One of the worst drive thru meals we've ever had. We both ordered a popcorn chicken meal. The chicken was so old, dried out,... inedible and past the waste time that we could not eat any of it. Both the chicken and fries looked old and cold, and proved tobe. The only acceptable items were the fountain sodas, and the service was good. Very disappointed in the lack of quality inthis meal.
