Kiosks not working, most McCafe items unavailable, and a 10-minute wait for a $5 order. Friendly staff.
My husband and I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meals and 1 happy meal for our g-daughter by time we got them at table they were all... cold and fries stail. Place is always booming with business but I would think you would want to keep it that way and not rumloyal customers to another place to eat just around corner or next door! What you would expect from most McDonald's. Good job for the service team but I have experienced as good but only quicker.
I have never been to a McDonald's that had as fresh food as this one. Both my husband and I had fresh hot food and didn't have... to wait over 5 minutes. This was not microwaved hot either. I definitely know the difference. Read more
When I walked in the first thing that overwhelmed my senses was the smell... It was beyond nasty, a mix between cow farm and old... frier oil (at that point I should have walked out). I proceeded to look at the menu while the cashier glared at me and made asnarky remark "do you need something!". I (quickly) ordered fries, 4 piece nuggets and a mcdouble no pickles add mayo andlettuce. What I received was atrocious.. The fries were old, cold, and mealy. The burger was A MESS, not wrapped properly,absolutely engulfed in mayo, and came with (maybe) 4 tiny pieces of shredded lettuce. (If I could give it zero stars I would) Iregret even trying to eat it, I will not be surprised if I end up getting sick... Read more
They had it all decorated up very cute for Christmas :) Everyone was so nice and helpful and friendly :) The place was clean... :) The food was fresh and good :) $3 for a mcdouble just by itself is a bit ridiculous though, we live in the San Antonio areaand are used to a menu with $3 bundles and triple cheeseburgers available, and family packs to choose from Read more
