The people were friendly and the chicken and pizza were good but the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and the two of us who... got chicken got a burned black biscuit. They did replace them but they should have never been served to us. We will not be goingback. Read more

Yummy yummy yummy food. Great selection and extremely fresh buffet. Omg the ice cream at any Pizza Ranch is the bomb. Their... chicken is the best around and I rank it up there with Chester's Chicken, not spicy but seasoned just right. I like to order arueben pizza & wish they would add it to the menu. Like that the pop is fresh & not anything like cruddy McDonalds that usuallytastes flat & sugary - here it is just perfect all the time. Their wedges are another favorite of mine. Each family member has agood 3 to 4 favorite items differently we all love. So none of us are ever disappointed. Just wish the prices were a coupledollars cheaper. Pizza Ranch in Pocahontas. Iowa. Today 12/18/18. We had a large group coming for lunch/meeting. The place is small and they... booked 4 separate parties. Way too much. The Manager was very, very rude to customers. Telling us we would have to " make do".She made comment that they wont do reservations on Sunday again. In a rude way. One of the help was very kind and tried to help.Our group (we had 30) wont be back again. However, there was plenty of food and it was fresh. Hats off to the kitchen help. Very friendly staff and quick service. We had lunch around 11:30 am and everything was hot and fresh with new pizzas constantly... coming out. Workers came to our table several times to clear any used dishes. Definitely a well run Pizza Ranch. Read more
