Went to dunks 10/29. Just after the big storm. Thousands without power. There is usually a line into the street on a bad day at... this dunks. I know the people working are most likely with out power, I know their children most likely didn't have school,could be getting unemployment......but they are still coming in to serve others. Ordered a cold brew and another iced coffee. Got a cup full to the top with ice and a little splash of coffee for the cold brew... and the other was made incorrectly and they were very rude about it. Dunkin sucks as a whole but this one is even worse thannormal. Read more
The lines are always long because they take forever to get your order. You give your coffee order, they repeat it back wrong,... you correct them, they repeat it back correctly then still give you the coffee wrong. Worst DD I've ever been to. Happenedtwice, will never go back. Very rude staff. Read more

Donuts fresh, coffee good Men's bathroom toilet paper on seat and floor. Fetus on the seats not flushed. Shared this with... employee. They acknowledged, smiled and did nothing. We drank our coffee there, 15 minutes and no one cleaned the restroom. Canyou imagine what is on the employees hands if using this bathroom? Read more
Charged me for someone else?s order last week for 12 bucks and change and mine was 10 and change not a big deal but never tried... to reimburse or apologize and this morning got a iced coffee with no cream mind you I asked for extra cream and had to repeatmyself.and just had sugar and mocha in it and the drive thru lady didn?t even try to fix it( I don?t believe English is herfirst language so I wasn?t going to be rude to her she just does drive thru and swipes cards and hands out food and drinks).Never again.
