Very loud sports, fried everything. When the food arrived it smelled like fryer oil (ugh). Great waiter, no entrance or exit... greeting by host. The food was super hot (A+), but the roll on my chicken sandwich was super dense. It took up most of mysandwich. I ate just the chicken. Iced tea was very weak. Not the best bang for the buck. My partner and have been dining in and getting delivery for while. Dining in has always been good for the most part but In the... last couple months the to go/take out orders we've gotten have always been wrong or missing something. The last time we orderedwe got an order of wings, two drinks and an order of Mac. They forgot the two drinks and our wings were cold by the time theorder got to us. Its really unfortunate because we love the food but I don't think we will be ordering from here again. Read more
We ordered to go and when we got our food, the fries were hard enough to snap in half and rattle around the take out box and the... fried pickles were lukewarm at best. Pretty sure they reheated old fries or something and thought we wouldn't notice. The firstgirl we talked to on the phone was super sweet, but the manager was rude as hell about it, shouldn't be that difficult to fixsomething that was done wrong on their end. The service was POOR. I?m not sure if the waiter was new or he just didn?t care but, he was mesmerized by the woman with three... kids and couldn?t even keep himself together while taking our order. He brought two of our kids meals and they were almost cold.We waited another 10 mins and our food came out by another waiter and it was also almost cold. We had ordered a double cheeseburger and we did not get what we had ordered. After we left we realized we were charged for two drinks WE DID NOT ORDER. Wewere charged for that double cheeseburger WE DID NOT GET and we live an hour away and are not going to go back to dispute this.The waiter Patrick needs extra training because I watched him long enough to see he was only concerned for the tables that hadWOMEN only. I ordered an Appetitizer Combo platter. A taste of Onion rings, Chicken Nachos (awesome!)Mozzarella sticks(mmm yummy) and... teriyaki boneless wings, you can get bone in too!(deeeelicious!) Topped off with an array of dipping sauces and a large BLUEMOON ????Beer!! OH YEAH!! I even had leftovers ???? for my sis to take to work. You definitely need to visit thisestablishment. Our $135 order arrived (after waiting almost 1.5 hours) with most of it missing, and what was there was mostly wrong. Only 3... items came the way they were ordered. When we called BWW to report the issue, the manager "Kathina" was rude and implied thatwe were lying! She spoke to us in a mocking tone, without apologizing, told us "you'll need to contact doordash". Afterpointing out that Doordarshan doesn't prepare or package the food and that it was her and her crews responsibility to ensure thefood was made to order and all orders were added to the bag, she said "well, I packed the bags so I dont know what to tell you. Just call doordash". This is our 3rd bad experience at this BWW and our 2nd one with this manager - no more. This has been one of our family favorites in the past. Not any more. First, we ordered 3 orders of 6 boneless Buffalo wings and... 2 of them came out with 5. We checked to make sure 2 weren't stuck together. When we told our waitress, she said they werestuck together. I showed her they were not. (We never did get the pieces we were missing.) But also there was barely any sauceon them we asked for more sauce and when we got the bill, they charged us for the extra sauces. Also the two orders that wereshort pieces had some pieces that were mostly gristle. It was disappointing. Poor customer service in my opinion. Read more
