Absolutely love the staff here. I usually ho through the drive through and am always treated good by whoever is at the window.... Even when its busy af and they're understaffed, they seem frustrated but never ever take it out on customers. You guys areawesome!!! Read more

We were in the drive thru to order for 15 minutes and couldn't back out due to cars behind us. Once we got our order in we had... to wait for 6 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food from the window. Then we moved up, paid, and waited another13 minutes. Never once did the workers let us know there would be any wait. It was frustrating that we waited that long withoutbeing warned. I wouldn't return to this location as the other Burger King closer to me is much faster! Read more

Had to repeat my order three times. Was a little frustrating. However food was fresh, fast,and tasted great.

The bumbling service is literally so comical it's hard to even be mad at. Like some kind of worn out Monty Python bit. I felt... like they were trolling me on my last visit and I'm not exaggerating in the slightest when I say the food has never even beenwarm. I feel used, dirty and worst of all I just ate Burger King. Read more

I really like burger king and the food was good and nicely made lady at window was friendly but this poor branch is really... understaffed so it took alot longer to get thru than it probably should have will go again just making sure there's not a timeissue Read more

No one that works there seems to care. The fries are almost always refried and brown, nasty tasting. Burgers are sloppy. The... inside is a mess, bathrooms are gnarly gross. Read more

The food was good. The Impossible Burger impressed me, but the fact that we were asked to pull to the front of the store and... wait for over 20 minutes was ridiculous. Please note that the employees were friendly throughout, but the service was reallyslow with no explanation. If I hadn't have already paid before being asked to move and wait, I may have gone somewhere else.Just honesty here. Not a bad place though. Read more

This place is always ridiculously understaffed. And I feel for the employees but seriously where?s management?? This doesn?t... seem to be a Covid thing. I?ve had this experience over and over at this place since it opened. Go to one of the other BurgerKings. Let this one close it?s doors because sitting for 25 minutes in the drive thru before pacing my order to be told that ISTILL have to wait to even ORDER MY FOOD. Again. I don?t blame employees but management or corporate, get a handle on it orclose it. Read more
