I ordered Nachos! They are so salty!! I couldn?t even eat half! (See photo) I got a sodium headache instantly! Even the... guacamole ???? was salty! How much salt do you add to the guacamole? Food is good most of the time. The big issue that I have is that in order to make sure your order is accurate, you have to place... your order in store and watch them make it. I have had issues with ordering thru the app, and thru the drive-through withaccuracy many times. So much so that I will not use the drive-through or the app when eating here. Read more

Picked Up Orders The food is delicious but the service has gone downhill. From being what I'd call a 5 star place in dropping... this down to a 2. Ordered our food at 715 online but at 750 we still don't have it. YET. People who came in the store after Ishowed up at 730 when the food was promised are getting served before me. Almost 15 minutes before. 755 and just leaving. Wow. The manager on duty, Landon, didn't seem to care that the food ordered online was that delayed. I'm extremelydisappointed. If you go here don't order via web or Doordash it, your order will be extremely delayed. --- AND to boot.. oneof our orders was entirely wrong when i got home. Guess I'm dropping it another star. I ordered the burrito and selected the mild salsa, but we received none. Which is extremely frustrating cause it is the one item... that you can order to even get salsa. I ordered the two taco's and switch to corn tortillas and requested no cheese. I gotflour tortillas and cheese. I ordered the salad and requested no lettuce. It had lettuce. On ALL orders, none of the rice wascooked. It was still hard and crunchy. But the best part was in the container with the tortilla soup. I freaking BUG. This is the worst Cafe Rio location I have visited. I have been here a few times with less than great experiences, but today... takes the cake. We went in about 45 minutes before close. There were 2 or 3 people working when we first walked in, then afterthe line for longer, 4 more people appeared from the back. They were out of all specialty drinks, some fountain drinks, sweetpork, and taco tortillas. They were actively making large tortillas but they were triangles. Lettuce was swimming in water whichmade anything it came on soggy, food was cold, and the bathrooms were gross. The only good part about our visit was the ladycleaning tables. She was kind and thoughtful to bring us more napkins when we were out. Read more
I'm quite disappointed in my meal. I got this delivered via doordash. Even though I ordered chips and salsa with salad, I got... the salsa but they completely forgotten the chips. Also I paid extra for the grilled chicken and most of the chicken bits felthard as if the grilled part was so crispy that it felt like I was eating carbon. I ordered without the tortilla as the base butman..the lettuce on top was so much that I has to really dig deep just to get to the main course (picture I took was aftergetting rid of a lot of the lettuce) I really wouldn't recommend this place and I should have seen the reviews on here firstinstead of the ones on doordash.
