I went to the bagel shop at 3: 30 p.m. today and it wasn't open so then I went back later at 5:00 p.m. and it still wasn't open.... You might want to call ahead before going because I don't really know what their actual hours are anymore. Read more

This Einstein location is located on the 2nd floor of the ISU Student Union Building, not at 721 South 9th Street. Route to ISU... SUB; there?s visitors parking close to the building (parking costs 50 cents per half hour). During summer their hours are 7am to1:30pm. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was fast. Ordered a Farmhouse and it was super delicious. You canalways count on consistency from Einstein. Read more

My coffee was great and the lady that waited on me was great. However, the guy handing out the coffe could use a few lessons on... customer service and being professional. I was rudely handed my coffee then watched him reprimand a co-worker in front ofeveryone not yelling but in a harsh raised tone something that she could have been taken to the side and told or told where theentire building could not hear. This place is without a doubt the best restaurant directly on ISU's campus. The bagels are delicious and the coffee is very... revitalizing (especially in those moments where I need it most). However, the prices could leave something to be desired.Otherwise, this place is a definite must-go. Read more
