Still the best. And now the most expensive. Food has not changed in size or taste. Service is still fantastic. You just need to... spend more for the employees. Read more

Great food, just getting to be a little on the pricey side of burgers and fries.

The fresh fries are still excellent. The burgers were smashed thin and broken. I thought it was a Freddy's burger. Didn't have... the correct toppings. They weren't busy so have to assume workers just didn't care to do it right. Kinda sad. Was the best intown once upon a time. Read more

Good food, not a huge fan of the fries, (personal preference), but overall great food, fast service, having peanuts while... waiting was a nice touch. Read more

Good food, if I wanted anything... It would be a slight better bun... Not bigger, but a little more toothsome and not so ..... weak. Love the fact that toppings are all free " or included in the cost " depending on your point of view. Found it odd thatdifferent parts are called out separately, so my shake was done and delivered 7 minutes before my burger and fries. Shakes areokay but nothing to write home about. Fries were good. Love that they use and post the local farm the potatoes come from. Alsolike that they have various tables arranged for different seasons capacity. Hate have to move tables for a group of 6. Patties are never frozen and neither are the French fries. What fast food restaurant can say this? I like these burgers better... than ?In N Out? burgers. Yes, I said it. I?ve never had a bad burger from Five Guys and I love the French fries and I?m a Frenchfry connoisseur. ????? If you haven?t tried Five Guys you should! Read more

I'm sorry, I just don't get the hype. Pros: the food was cooked to order and was definitely fresh. Despite being cooked right... after ordering, it didn't take long to have our food. The floors were clean and the atmosphere good. The portion size on thefries was generous. Cons: 7.95 for a two-patty burger? $4 for fries? The burger was astonishingly ordinary. It didn't tasteseasoned at all beyond a tiny bit of salt and pepper. It was very meaty but devoid of any other bit of flavor. The cheese washot and melted, but also pretty lackluster. It tasted like classic American Cheese you can buy at Walmart. The onions weren'teven very good somehow. I just don't get how you can justify paying $8 for the most plain burger of all time. The cajun frieswere good for the first bite or two, but then it was just like eating a box of solidified Old Bay seasoning. They were alsoextremely greasy (pics included, one soon after getting our order and another an hour after letting our extra fries sit). I'mnot sure if this is a problem with this spot in particular or the whole chain, but I'm not planning on going to any Five Guys inthe future. Read more
