I ordered the 3 jumbo egg rolls. I have always thought that the JACK IN THE BOX, for fast food, does a good job cooking their... egg rolls. The grease they cook them in must be fresh because they never have that rancid grease taste that happens with thosekinds of things sometimes. They also have to be watched carefully when being cooked or they get too brown and crunchy. The"JACK" is chill on how good they cook their jumbo egg rolls! Read more
Drive from Ogden, UT just to come to this Jack in the box. Awesome staff and service. Perfectly cooked food. Order had some... special items made to perfection. Zero complaints. 10/10 will take the 2 hour drive to come here again. P.S. get the egg rolls! Read more

My child needed to go potty and we had just gotten done eating. I went to the car to drop off the food and came back in to go to... the bathroom. The guy at the counter said the bathroom was for customers only and I said we already ate and she has to pee canhe hurry. He then started making fun of me by imitating my hands (that showed I was frantic to get her to the bathroom beforeshe peed herself). I told him that was unacceptable and rude for him to make fun of me and that my daughter needed to pee andcould he just unlock the bathroom please. So then he told us we couldn?t use the bathroom there and then told the other employeethat was training to not serve people ?like that?. I wasn?t upset or anything until he started making fun of me. My child almostpeed herself because we had to go somewhere else. Please train your employees on proper etiquete. He had no right to treat melike that and I was not rude to him at all until he started making fun of me. He also told the person that was being trainedthat people didn?t need to be served when they are upset like that, which I wouldn?t have been upset like that if he hadn?t beenmaking fun of me. The initial service we received was great. Our order was read back to us accurately and we even tipped our drive thru attendant... for their service. The issue came after we got home and realized our order was wrong. We called back to simply remedy the issue,but were met with contempt and seemingly skepticism about our claim. We returned the food with the receipt to confirm it wasincorrect and were still treated as though we were the people in the wrong here. This was at night, so the day crew may bebetter. Read more

I literally avoid this jack in the box at all costs but was wanting breakfast and couldn't make it across town so begrudgingly... went here and within my first bite there was just straight eggshell. The amount of problems I have at this store with how littleI go there is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that it's consistently gone on this long shows a lot on the owner/managementhere. I had never had a burger from here but had heard go reviews... so when I was in Pocatello I went for a burger. The fries were... hot but so salty they were inedible. The burger was the same, so much salt that I honestly had to throw it out. I would havetaken it back and been that "karen" everyone hates but I was on the freeway home before I took even one bite.
