I've loved and bought coffee from these folks for years. I have however now been trading my business more towards Starbucks... with the occasional foray back to Java. The reason is consistency of the former vs the occasional wonderful cup that is brewedby the conscientious employee , vs a barely warm concoction that on more than one occasion I've returned to wait in line inorder to complain. Including twice where flavoring was completely forgotten. 6 plus dollars including tip is way too much topay for that kind of experience. I have been a continues costumer for at least 3 years at java. They used to always get my order right, and know exactly what i... want, and the service was always top notch! I always choose local over chains such as starbucks, however the past month or sothe service has been not so good with longer waits in line, no one coming out to get your order, and the last time i got mydrink the people forgot to put a certain ingredient in my coffee, and it tasted like flavored hot water with a bitter taste. Notto mention the lady said the wrong name of the coffee i ordered. I ordered a heavenly mocha (my usual) and she called itsomething else. And had no enthusiasm in her voice when she handed me my coffee. Today I went the lines were super long, and noone came out to take orders so i left. This is become an ongoing occurance, and i am unsure I will be continuing my servicethere.... Read more

Was originally going to have drinks and customer service of good quality. Can't even get either due to some of the new hires and... their terrible customer service. One example is that I went in and it was happy hour, let the gal know it was indeed happy hour,and she didn't even change my order to the happy hour prices. Read more

Normally I go to Starbucks just cause I know it well. I do love a good local coffee shop & now I'm a die hard Java customer! The... infused teas are delicious & baristas are so chill. Read more

They are an amazing drive through for on the go somewhere. They are right in the middle where I'm always passing so I always... stop by. I highly recommend the blended matcha latte and Chai tea iced. I also love their London fogs and all their coffee. Theyalways have amazing pastries. They are not too pricey and honestly one of my favorite places. Read more

The coffee was delicious but the customer service terrible. The girl looked like she hated being there and was not smiling or... anything. I didn't til because of the service. I love the coffee but I think I will start going back to Starbucks because theworkers are more up beat and smiling. Read more

I?ve been going here everyday for about a year and a half, and just recently they started messing up my coffee. I get the same... thing everyday, 24oz iced snickers with whip and drizzle, they made it out to be that I was ordering it wrong and I should askfor this and ask for that, I get the snickers because it?s easy and was always made the way I liked it and now it?s somehow myfault it?s not made properly? I?ve never had problems with my drink until just recently. I?m lactose intolerant and the snickersnever made me sick that?s why I get it everyday, it?s a 5$ coffee, if I?m paying that much for a coffee plus a 2$ tip everyday Iwant it how I?ve always had it. Either they changed the recipe or they don?t know how to make it, either way I?ve come backenough times asking them to remake it, even as far as offering to pay for a new one, that clearly half the bottle of creamshouldn?t be in that drink.
