Possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. I mean I understand that you hire children to work for you but it's pretty... sad when even the adults can't be professional. There is absolutely no excuse for inappropriate language and religiousdiscrimination at the top of your lungs. I sincerely hope that they have some kind of management or owner or someone who wouldagree and will address these issues. I don't care if it's in the middle of the day or the middle of the night, if your lobby isopen then you should be professional. If that is too difficult then you shouldn't have a job. Go back to mommy and daddy's andsleep on their couch because you're obviously not ready for the world yet. Read more
Went through drive thru sometime between 930-10 a.m. and the service was fast and friendly (the cars in front of me took longer... than the service). My sausage and egg biscuits were hot and so was my hashbrown. They asked me what kind of egg I wanted on mysandwich which was nice. Read more
The photos say it all! They charge way too much for French Fries ????!!! We all know you can buy 10 pounds of potatoes ???? for... that price and it wasn?t even full or fresh out of the fryer. It?s pretty late in the evening, and my friend at the hospital was craving McDonald?s pies so I came to get some for her and... they said they were out of pies. I asked if they could make more (even though as a waitress, my soul was gagging at myself forasking another company to make me specific food at late hours) and Ruth and Ashlen made the pies for my friend at the hospitalwithout any hesitation. Victoria is amazing. Such a beautiful human! She brightened our day just while handing us our food. Our food was a little slow... coming out but we can?t even complain because Victoria handled the issue with ease and compassion. This is the only location inthe Idaho falls area that we have had this wonderful of an experience at! We will definitely be back just for her! Read more
The drive through is always really busy. So I've started going inside that's not a good idea either. It took forever to get my... order with just 2 of us ordering and my ice coffee is always wrong. The female manager is not customer friendly at all. Theassociate's are always very nice though. I would think that they would want to get the Lobby business going again but it doesn'tseem like it. So, I was pretty confused, because the sign on the door said that they are open in the lobby for takeout from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00... p.m.... I walked in, and they said I would have to use the electric machines to place my order, but I had already made an orderfor my phone.... It all got dealt with in the end, but it was a bit more frustrating to just pick up a coffee. Haha. Theemployee that helped me out though, she was pretty great, and I appreciate her friendly service, but I may avoid this place nexttime. Great service for a McDonald?s. The food tastes just like any McDonald?s. This building is very modern and has a playground.
