The service was pretty slow but I can't really complain as I got my food and it was delicious lol
A marked improvement over the last time I ate here. Though there was water on the floor with a "wet floor" sign, the tables were... relatively clean, the service was quick, accurate, and thoughtful. There did grow a loud, playful banter from the back that madehearing my companions difficult but it only lasted about 15 minutes.... Glad you're lobbies are open and open until 11. Fast and efficient! And the burgers are SO juicy! Love that McDonald?s has updated their beef patties to fresh ones. You can... tell the difference! With inflation, you?ll get a quarter pounder with cheese meal, size medium for about $9.00. Read more
If you don't care about getting what you paid for.... then this is the McDonald's for you. They didn't get one thing right on... my order except the COLD french fries. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder bacon meal with Root beer/no ice. I got a singleQuarter pounder... no bacon and a Dr Pepper with ice. Then they completely didn't give me my hamburger. WORST MCDONALD'SEVER!!! DON'T GO HERE! There is a better one down the road. Also is really hard to find the "regular meat" button. This is the second late night I went to this McDonald?s. I work late shifts at USPS and have gone here last night and today for... a quick bite. The same lady working the microphone to take customer orders is by far the worst with her tone. I can just tell byher tone she doesn?t want to be there, is annoyed the fact she had to take orders and doesn?t care what so ever. I went aheadand said ?hello?? In a confused tone because there was just me and another customer and I had been waiting at the order screenfor a bit. She tells me sorry I was helping a customer with something. But she wasn?t nice about it at all. Sounded annoyed andlike she was being bothered. Same thing happened tonight. Same lady, darker tanned skin with dark black hair and a bit morebigger but no offense . Last night when I drove in by the 2nd window she gave me a weird look like she was trying to say why areyou parked like that when I was accidentally parked a small space away from the window instead of being right up against thecurb. Won?t ever be going here during night if I have to deal with a worker who doesn?t want to be there and has a terribleattitude. I could hear her and the workers yelling with the sliding window #2 being shut. She must really hate her job I guessand should probably find another one that makes her happy. My bun for my double cheeseburger was all falling apart and had blackchar marks on the meat which made me think if she did that on purpose just because I had come a second night in a row. It?s really dumb that a McDonald?s would close before midnight during the winter in a college town. People that work late at... night are hosed if they want some McDonald?s! I can understand not being 24 hours in the slow months, but not being open untilmidnight is really poor customer service. Read more
