Not good service to replace a pizza when it was sitting out for some time before delivered. They told us they can?t refund us or... replace the pizza when it?s on them and my fiancé doesn?t have an active phone and couldn?t call them to make a complain andthey can?t replace it cuz it was 6 hours ago. Don?t want to eat somewhere that they don?t hold up to their policy that was setthere for customers to get the refund or replacement like they?re spouse to. Read more

Ordered my pizza to be well done and of course it's soggy pizza once again. And no it's not the toppings, it's a two topping... pizza - and I can clearly see by this barely browned crust that there was no effort to accommodate my preference. I get my pizzacarryout, I tip 20% anyway. I try to be a hassle free customer. Is it really to much to ask? Read more
I have never been so disappointed. My pizza was barely luke warm. I ordered supreme w/NO green peppers. But they never put any... olives on my supreme pizza. I was told 30-45 min. After 1 hour 20 min. I called. Turns out the driver called the wrong phonenumber. So my pizza was re'delivered. No olives and barely luke warm. I was disappointed. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! Usually the pizza is pretty good, but not always. The thin crust is good. I ordered a big dinner box and the pizza was totally... undercooked and doughy underneath the toppings. Update: If you order here, order the Thin Crust. They add too much topping, sothe pizza doesn't cook through. I ordered a regular pizza, and it was a soggy, undercooked mess. Read more
Friday night at 9:30... I place an order for 6 pizzas. I get a call from the store... Sorry we only have 3 pizzas total in the... store for the rest of the night... I'm like you charged my cc $200... Ordered the family pasta meal. 1 meaty marinara, 1 Alfredo. Only thing right was the 5 bread sticks. Called and was told they... don't do meaty marinara anymore so they just put in closest thing which is a pasta covered in pepperoni and sausage chunks!!
