Went home with hard fries and the wrong order. Also waited a very long time but i get it can be busy. They never have swear tea... and but luckily lots of other options. Anyway got home to hard fries and called and spoke to the manager and she made it rightand was very polite! Burger I took home was delish and fresh fries ! Happy Hour drinks are the best! Super refreshing. Service can be just a little slow when they are busy but they do their best,... just check for a line of you are in a hurry. Love their slushes! Read more

We waited for over 45 minutes for our slushies and finally just left. We did the mobile pick up order, and when we got to the... car stall I checked in. 20 minutes later, we still didn't have our drinks, or any indication that they knew we were there. So Ipushed the button and was told that they were short staffed so I needed to go through the drive-through. I explained that I wasthere to pick up a mobile order and they said to stay where I was and it would be right out. 15 minutes later, the drinks stillwere not out. By this point my kids, who had been waiting very well, were starting to get cranky and upset. I pushed thebutton again, and was told to please to to the drive-through because the stalls were not taking orders because they were shortstaffed. Once again, I explained that I was picking up a mobile order, but if it was easier I would go through the drivethrough. They told me to stay there and they would bring the slushies right out. A few minutes later, a girl walked out andsaid my order was delayed on their end for 25 seconds. I explained I had already been waiting for over half an hour and that Iwasn't sure what the delay was. She said to wait for a minute and she would have her boss come talk to me to see if we couldfigure it out. 15 minutes later the drinks were still not out and nobody had come to talk to me, my kids were all crying by thenso we just left. The 50 minutes of waiting wasn't worth the $6.00 I paid in drinks. Multiple employees came in and out of thebuilding during our wait to do things like go to the bathroom and talk to people in other cars. Very few times did I actuallysee them bringing food to cars who I assume were other mobile orders? One employee even walked up to a car near mine andgrabbed a vaping tool and took a quick vape through the window of the car. She did this twice while I was watching. 30 min wait in line behind two cars, however, what kind of breakfast burrito did I spend 7 bucks on to have it look like a mini... burrito and burger to wait 30 mins? Then drove it home to see we some how got the mini menu?? Will recommend for drinks but willnever buy food here again. Update on July 23rd, 2022 - What is going on with this Sonic? The past 3 times now, either no carhops, beyond long line in drive thru, or the best that happened yet, they closed at 7pm because a kid who works their told usthey are severely under staffed?!! Well, that just proves what bad management this business has! We've made you guys a weeklyordeal, and the last 3 times we've tried its due to the issues above. Beyond dumbfounded that today's experience you have yourworkers you actually do have block people from coming in at 630 to close at 7pm because of little staff. Get better management,high folks that want to work, otherwise, seriously think about just closing this business already. Not amount of sorry isnecessary when you clearly don't have good business practices for paying customers. Your at a point only the drinks are good,when you actually have staff to be opened. Since Stephanie left, the new manager (Annie) does not know how to run the store. She can?t order anything right, she can?t... control her employees, she can?t schedule or train anyone right. She never stays her entire shift if she even shows up. Blamesthe crew for everything going wrong. I just left there as a shift manager and the pay is not worth it! We all worked out buttsoff. The employees that still remain, are fed up as well. Some of us worked there for years and never been treated the way thedistrict manager treats us. (Annie) everyone is walking out because of her. Not the work. Sonic is a great place with greatpeople. But until Annie is off her high horse, nobody will return. They?ve lost some of their best workers at this franchisebecause of her. Nobody will listen to any of us because they don?t care and it?s her word against ours, so maybe when a poorlyrated review about her comes in that?s public, they?ll pay attention. Read more

We really enjoy Sonic food, but the wait times here are terrible. Last time we went, we waited in a stall after pushing the... order button for 15 minutes with no response. We thought we'd try the drive through instead, but waited another 20 minuteswithout ever moving forward. When the car behind us got fed up and left, we backed up and left, too. I wish this was an isolatedevent, but it happens often. We'll think twice before going to this Sonic ever again. Read more
