The establishment is very dirty. Soda machine is clear it hasn't been cleaned in weeks or the dust all over the counters. My... order was made right but they didn't even toast it so the cheese would melt. There us mild where the food pans sit you can seeit when they change the pans out. They touch their face with gloves on then touch knives and food bins. They have bread sittingout by a walk way and a sink which isn't sanitary. I've never been Ina. Subway thats this dirty and I travel the country for aliving. I would be embarrassed to work there. No way in hell they would pass a health inspection. Read more
Worst customer service EVER! I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes as I watched the employees inside serving other customers... and ignoring the drive thru. Other cars pulled in behind me. No one came over the intercom to take orders. After 15 minutes ipulled through to go inside. When I asked the employee why they were ignoring the drive thru, they said it was closed(in acomplete ignorant tone). There was no sign on the menu stating it was closed. When I asked them why they didn't come out tonotify the cars waiting, they proceeded to tell me, in a condescending way, I could have just come inside. I asked who was themanager there and the girl being a complete jerk said she was. So i called the owner of the store to inform him of the incident.The only thing he says was he knew she was a terrible employee and she was going to be fired, but they didn't have enough staffto terminate her yet. He never apologized, he never offered a solution. Just more excuses. Don't visit this location, clearlythey could care less about customer service. Read more
Very yummy sandwiches, they were very generous on the jalapeno and the sriracha sauce combination made the sandwich delightfully... spicy. Only order them both if you are a real chili head, it goes way past what you would expect from a fast food place. I lovedit. But fair warning ???? They didn't really have a vegetarian sandwich but they put something together delicious and it reallyhit the spot for my partner who was not in the mood for meat. They really take their time, so if you're in a hurry, and they arebusy, it might take a minute or two. Don't bother with the drive up just go inside, we sat by the drive up for 10 minutes and noone said anything. Read more
the hours are never right! seems like they open late and close early so its never reliable. the drive thru is closed 99 out of... 100 percent of the time, please steer clear of this place? it is DISGUSTING here! the SERVICE is always POOR, the DINING AREA isDIRTY, and the BATHROOM is NASTY. you?re better off going to the gas station next door to use the restroom. if you?re really inneed of a sandwich there is always firehouse subs, jimmy johns, and other local sandwich shops. hell, buy some bread and meatand that would still be the best alternative. the OWNER doesn?t care about the customers, more about his REPUTATION towards theFranchise and the ones that inspect the the store! the MANAGER does the bare minimum and is apart of the reason why the place isdown hill, she breaks company policies and health guidelines and no one holds her accountable! It is nice when the hours say 8:00 a.m. and it is 8:15 and they are still closed. Then you see the employee that is supposed to... open the store sitting in her car smoking. Came back at 8:30, now she is inside walking around but the place is still closed.She saw me there but did not care. Real nice. Read more
Ordered the Baja Steak and Jack sandwich - more lettuce than steak, and it was on stale, dry bread that felt like a week-old... roll hard enough to be pulverized into bread crumbs. Really disappointing. Read more

I wouldn?t eat here if it was the last place to eat.
