All in all this Taco Bell is about what you would expect from just about any other Taco Bell. I would say that the food is... better prepared than others. At other places you might open up your taco and it's all fallen apart and just a big ole mess, butnot here! It is right next to ISU campus, and it's about the closest restaurant to Century high school, so it gets really busyduring lunch time. It's best to avoid it if you're in a hurry. Read more

Ordered through app. Numerous probs with app. Wont honor anything the app has at counter when not working. But not only that,... get this.....They dont stock everything the app has. So be prepared for that. But the best part was listening to two employeeshate on this place. 1. Telling a customer she hates the food, and the way its cooked. ???? WOW!! The other two employees sittingat a table talking about how the manager chamged a schedule, they didn't know they were on it. So in summary 1.They dont stockwhat their menu says. 2.The employees dont eat there. 3. The management and employees are at war. Worst experience of my life. I went through the drive through, they got my food wrong and missed and item, no big. So I walked... in, showed my receipt and just asked for my missing item. When the new cashier called the order back for me, a heavy set ladystarts yelling that Im lying and I already got it cause she was the one who puts it in the bag. She didn't. In fact she waseating things off the top of other ppls orders before wrapping it up!!! The way I was insulted and yelled at and the names I wascalled, I felt like a black guy in the 50's. Husband placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and was told by Taco Bell Employee ?we are not serving fountain drinks in the... drive thru tonight?. He ordered a medium Baja blast zero (along with other items). Already paid because it?s a mobile order?sothey gave him a SMALL Baja blast freeze instead? How does that make sense. Read more
No matter how many times I come here and even call to let them know, they always forget something. I pay for extra meat and... there?s little to none at all. Update 11/22/22 This place needs a serious management adjustment. The morning crew isUNBELIEVABLY lazy and rude, I had to wait FORTY minutes for 4 items; with no people in the drive thru. they were not busy. AndWHEN I DID GET MY FOOD, tacos were literally so soggy they were inedible. This is ridiculous. Read more
