Better the subway and any other chain sandwich shop. But Goody?s has them beat by far.

Heard good things and it was underwhelming when my family and I went. Bread was soggy, didn't hold up too well. And the fried... sides all tastes frozen. The only good ones I was impressed with were the sweet potato tots. Also the employees were snappy andthe customer service wasn't there. Called today to make an order. When the phone was picked up I overheard the employee checking out another customer. No problem,... she would be answering my call next. I was hung up on. Called back and heard the same employee talk about shutting her phone upand she hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy and to callback later. Terrible. My company and I will think twice when getting lunch in the future... Read more
The Works is an amazing place to get a damn good sandwich! The people are always kind and I've never had any issues with them... nor have they ever messed up an online order of mine either. My favorite fried food is pickles; they have the best fried picklesI've ever eaten or even found in town for that matter. 11/10 recommend ???????? Read more
I post reviews for almost all local restaurants here in Pocatello. If you like to support local businesses that do it right!... look no further than THE WORKS! The first thing I look at when I go into a local food business is how clean and howprofessionally laid out the store and environment is for the customer. I was impressed by Their store. It is very wellmaintained and the overall setting is nice and relaxed. The food here is great for the price as well. Very wide variety ofsides and appetizers to go along with your meals. I ordered potato wedges and sweet potato tater tots and they were incredible!Seriously, some of the best I?ve ever had. If you are a sweet potato fan these are an absolute must. Comparing the subssandwiches to other establishments, I?d have to give it a C+ I ordered the Philly cheese steak. It was good and definitely notbad but the bread they use here isn?t the greatest. My wife and I both prefer papa Kelci?s subs over THE WORKS and do feel theyare far more superior at making sandwiches. The bread being the main thing, as papa kelci?s makes theirs fresh every morning.However, papa kelci?s does not have the amazing sides to go along with their meals and usually only offer a bag of potato chips. THE WORKS has a huge advantage here because they have so many amazing options that are really really good! Overall theexperience eating here was amazing and I?ll definitely return to try more food options! I highly recommend this business andalways encourage people to eat local no matter what. Without a doubt one of the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches that I've ever had. The service is also outstanding. I came in at... approximately 4 in the afternoon and a couple of women helped me with my order and they were super friendly extremely helpful inhelping me place my first order here. The sandwich was absolutely outstanding. They also have cookies which were very deliciousas well. If you're in the Pocatello area and looking for a great sandwich I would highly recommend this place.
