Special orders are almost always wrong, even as simple as a plain double cheeseburger. A big Mac is likely to have your pickles... just thrown in the side of the box and the whole sandwich not stacked. They will tell you to pull up and wait for 2 mcdoubles,and then let you sit and watch 10 cars behind you get their food and go. Read more

Sometimes you can go to a good fast food restaurant and sometimes you end up in a bad one... this one is not good.

Ordered food during the tropical storm (hurricane Ian) and Jean Pruitt served us with nothing but excellent food and customer... service only thing that could have been better was the chicken sandwich 4A i got which was just a over cooked piece of chicken.But other than that 100% ! Foods like any other McDonald's but good service and correct orders can be hard to come by at times. Fruitland McDonald's is... great, you can tell management is much better at that store. Night and day difference. Read more
The food would have been a higher rating if they would have given me what I asked for. I even checked the receipt thinking maybe... they misunderstood.. No. Exactly what I ordered was printed on the receipt. The food was wrong and the unsweetened iced tea,tasted like "Sweet Tea mixed with unsweetened iced tea". Like they made a mistake and started doing the wrong drink and switchedit up. I'm grateful I am not a diabetic, but this is not good service for those with certain food allergies or diabetes.
