The food was good...the service a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry. The reason for the 1-star is the lack of follow-up on... an error on our check. We were charged for 2 entrees when what we ordered and what we got were 2 appetizers. Manager wasapparently not available but we were told the bill would be corrected and credited back to our card within 3 days. Yeah...amonth later and still no credit. Read more

The overall inside of the restaurant was dirty, papers across the floor as you came in and looked at the dining area. We... ordered the loaded bacon fries had about half of the cheese not melted and the fries were either old or undercooked, maybe a mixof both. My spouse ordered the ribeye steak medium rare, it was over done to a medium well or well done and the meat lookedgreen. Not sure if that was the meat or lighting. When they ask for a replacement it came out very thin covered in butter thatthe first one didn't have. We ordered 2 Ruby Relaxers, both were very tart and being the same drink they were different colors. Not an overall good experience. Had to ask to be seated after standing for awhile with staff walking around us. No one acknowledged us standing there. Then... our appetizer arrived and we ate with our fingers since no silverware. My husband's ribs arrived but not my pasta. He still hadto wait for silverware when our waitress brought that she said it was going g Tobe a bit on my pasta cause it takes longer tocook. Well after waiting for the server to remove liquor bottles from above the bar and hangout with her friends, we got seated. ... Couples in front of me took them 8-10 minutes to be seated and they were talking about it. Service was fast and delicious. Theconversation of employees sitting at the rear table was not kid friendly. You name the words, it happened. Didn't need to hearabout those conversations. So, dinner was fast and took the rest to go. Conversation etiquette needs to be addressed. Read more
Service was good. Order two of the drink specials. The drinks came out two different colors and tasted completely different even... tho they were the same drinks. Food was over cooked as per usual. I would not recommend eating here. Read more
My wife wanted to stop in, since it had been a decade since we went to a Ruby's. The hostess was laid out in a booth by the... door. Sighed when we walked in because she had to stand up. Sat us and proceeded to have a phone conversation on speaker,loudly swearing while tables with kids were around her. I was absolutely blown away, where was the manager? Hilariously absurd,like a parody of a restaurant. The service was amazing, the server had a nose piercing and said "You're very welcome" to everythank you. She was attentive, kind, and good at her job. The manager came out at one point, older lady, looking around for thehostess who had disappeared. Just a wild experience. Visited this for the first time normally go to the fruitland one Not a single staff had their customers prioritized. Black...
