Seems like this restaurant is already having bad reviews and i missed to read them before taking anu chances. As we were tired... of day long water activity , I didn’t read reviews and got worse experience.\n\n1. The ambiance is nice because its nearreception area so you got be looking amazing to attract tourists.\n2. The service is good.\n3. There comes main part, food. Theydon’t server complimentary chips and salsa.\n4. We ordered veggie cheese quesadillas, the lady confirmed that it will beveggie inside. However the veggie went missing and came over cheese filled quesadillas. The fast food restaurant even servedbetter than this one.\n5. I ordered side dish, cilantro and lime rice. However cilantro and lime missing from rise. We gotserved the steam rise, looked like just frozen rise got served after microwave. When we asked server about rice, she prettyconfidently told us that we serve like this.\n6. The black bean were just came out of can.\n7. Picture is attached of rice, ibet if anyone can find cilantro than win millions dollers.\n8. Overall don’t go to waste money.\n9. I found out in our last night stay that they have best food at the Mexican kitchen and. Taqueria\nI would take this any day over... the Italian or the B-Lux\n4 stars for the quality of the steak\nBut don’t listen to the 1 stars reviews. We had a good experience. Food was hot and fresh. Service was exceptional. Cinco Ninos made up for what Double Cut lacked..
Our server was excellent, attentive, and nice. Our food was delicious. We had the fajitas which were very good. I loved the rice... and beans also. The guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. The chips had nice flavor and the salsas were delicious as well. Ialso loved the churros. This was the best part of kalahari. Read more
Food was terrible!!!!!!!! No flavor at all and not appealing to the eye. I did not eat my dish. My husband and daughter ate... about half of theirs because they were starving after a day at the water park. The only nice thing I could say is that theserver Daniel was so nice!!! Service was slow. Food didn\'t come out consecutively. Drink orders were wrong, twice! They never got them right, we didn\'t... think they would so we didn\'t order for a third time. Quesadilla was fried and greasy and lacked chicken. Did I mention slowservice, an hour for food! Kids loved the chicken bites. Queso and chips were good, after we got refill of chips thatweren\'t crumbs. Red sangria was good. We won\'t return. Read more
Food was extremely bland. They do not know how to make Mexican food. There was no Pico de Gallo in the $24 fajita, no salsa, no... sour cream or cheese. The chicken had zero flavor. The gentlemen at the bar taking food orders did a great job. Don\'t go hereexpecting good food. Read more
Service is horrible. They lasted 40 mins to bring us a mango smoothie server kept saying that bar was working on it. They... brought out the wrong food after waiting more than a hour for our food. Such a shame Kalahari is such a nice place but thisrestaurant makes them look bad. They definitely need to give better service because the restaurant is nice just not beingmanaged by the correct person. Read more
