Always have to repeat your order. Once initially and one or two more times at the window to ensure that you receive your... complete order. Food and drinks are a hit or miss. This morning I received my drink which was not even full, it looks likesomeone had already taken a few gulps out of it. They?ve also over cooked our croissants more than once. Had a bad experience went on a Wednesday evening when I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru and waited there... for five mins nobody answered so I decided to go inside. My fiancé and I are in the area for 3 months and it?s only been one. We?ve always gotta horrible quality stuff. They always... burn everything and munchkins taste dry in the morning. Their shamrock latte had no sugar and tasted bad. But today was theworst. We ordered two different sandwiches(burnt as usually), this signature mocha latte(was surprisingly good), and 25 assortedmunchkins. The guy at the speaker asked how many twice and we told him 25 assorted. We got to the window. The lady asked twiceand we told her 25 both times. And she also asked what kind and we said assorted again. She gave us a cup of 10. We told her weordered 25 and she gave us an annoyed smile. I looked at the recite and they had put 10. We?ve told them 4 times 25. Theyfinally threw 15 more in a bag and rudely handed it to us. The guy that took our order was standing right there too.
