A actually use to enjoy the food here. But a recent incident made my not want to return. Ordered online, and one if the items I... ordered was a salad. I was sick so I sent someone to get it for me. When they arrived after the quoted time, the order wasn'tready. They held off in making my order, because they were out of the salad. The employee then said they where unable to refundthe order. Even as the manager was trying to explain how to do it. Left the restaurant and was planning to take it up, with thebank. At this point my phone started ringing and when I answered said it was the manager, offered his apologies, refunded theorder and said he was gonna give me a 20 dollar credit, to keep my business. Well today I went to use that credit and suprise, it wasn't there. I don't expect a lot from fast food, but I am annoyed as to why the manager called to correct the issue, if hedidn't plan on following through. There seems to be a serious decline in customer service at this location. Don't get me wrongthe people are nice, but don't seem to know what they are doing. We really like their pizza. I loved that the associate who helped me suggested that I buy a larger size because it was actually... less expensive than the one that I originally wanted. This was my family?s first time trying hungry howies and I?m so glad we did. The delivery was fast, the driver was very polite.... We usually go to dominos but decided to try something new and boy was it worth it! The wings were nice and crisp with such goodflavor. The 3 cheese bread that came with it was amazing too! The pizza? ???? cooked perfectly, tasted fresh, nice flavors, justenough sauce. Overall, this was a great experience and we are so glad we chose to try it out.
