Every time I order from here there?s always an issue.. cold fries, drink machine is out, tenders are hard as a rock. I never... leave with what i ordered. My food sat at the bagging window for 10 mins before staff decided to stop doing tik tok dances anddiscussing their weekend plans to hand me my food which caused my food to become cold.. Did not get one person's order right when we went in drive thru. Forgot the grilled chicken, forget dressing, did not even get... my chicken sandwich combo. Had to go back through and they hand me one thing and leave. Made me show her that the box hadgrilled chicken and not fries. I guess a lot of customers who lie to them. Let me tell you a secret, I didn't know what Zaxby's Chicken was until a few months ago. I was visiting a business for my work... out of town. The building next to ours happened to be this Restaurant and all day i was drowned in delicious aroma teasing me. Iam so happy that i took my stomachs advise and strolled into Zaxby. What a life altering moment !!! I am hooked. I will tell youthis that they are a different kind of Chicken restaurant. They give you toasted bread with every combo you buy. Moreover, thereis a huge variety of dipping sauces that can satisfy a first timer to an experienced spice eater. There is a sauce for everyoneseriously. The menu is simple yet inviting, prices are very none "Five guys". This place won't break the bank and send you homefull. enough said........... Read more

POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst place to go in poinciana for food !!! They have terrible customer service they are... very rude no manners and don?t know how to treat or handle customers. The night crew is HORRIBLE !!! They have nothing on themenu and not willing to make anything to satisfy paying customers and should be letting customers know ahead of time. All threegirls taking orders and handling the window are VERY RUDE immature and childish and when confronted they wouldn?t give theirnames one girl has dreads, the other with braids, and one with red curly hair?. and no one wears a name tag so you can?t evenget their names. When they were asked their names they closed the window on my face and all started talking and laughing. Thisis Unacceptable behavior coming from a place that is based on their customer service. The level of incompetence of the employees of this restaurant is shocking. As most shocking as the fact they haven't been fired... yet, they should. I went here arrived at 8pm. Knew they had a line but just finished a 16 hour shift, didn't feel like drivinganywhere else. Jumped in line and started watching Netflix, by the time I made it to the speaking it was 842. Was told you holdone minute and when she came back, she said the kitchen was backed up and it was a 30 min wait. She instantly turned off thespeaker, never actually asked if I wanted to order. I took this as go somewhere else. I run a small restaurant with seating for150. Over the course of the last three months we have been running at max at least 3 times a day, with myself and one cook doingeverything, and have never needed a 30 min hold. If one of my cooks told me he made someone wait 42 mins then said it would beanother 30, I would fire them before they finished the sentence. If your employees can't handle 20 cars over the course of anhour they should be retrained or fired. Thank God for your business, your employee would sink in the real world. I managed toleave, drive down the street to taco bell wait behind 4 cars, order, get my food and drive back past before the car in front ofme had pulled away from your window. This level of horrible service is unacceptable, and someone should be held accountable. Read more

What a nice pleasant lunch stop. Good food, fast service, and fair pricing. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of... seating and room. And they passed an inspection by Osceola County Fire Department while we there. Read more
