Never has hot n' ready actually ready. Pizza often under or overcooked. I get that it is Little Caesars Pizza so my expectations... are not high, but this location manages to never come close. Very awful location. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Last two pizzas I've ordered were both extra most hot and ready's. They tasted awful. Weren't cooked all... the way. And tonight after eating one piece it made me sick. Plus the customer service was really bad also. Read more
Went in and ordered a extra most bestest, told me it would be 8-10 mins, so I waited (no problem there). Went back in and was... handed a 5 dollar hot n ready that was clearly set out for over an hour. Crust was so stale thought I might chip a tooth. Read more
Don't bother to order on the app. Waited 40 minutes for an order and walked in when the app alerted my order was ready. When I... walked in they some how lost my pizza. They said they would just have to make it again. I wasn't willing to wait and just askedfor a refund. I then had to call back 3 days later when it wasn't refunded. Had to explain the whole thing all over again. Ittakes 7-10 days for a refund...for pizza. Don't make it complicated for them just get a hot and ready or go somewhere else. Read more
Today was a great experience... but I honestly haven't had many positive experiences at this location. There doesn't seem to be... consistency in the pizza making process. My app orders are the same every time and yet the pizza is always different. (ie:over/under cooked, too little/too much sauce, different cheese combination, no pepperoni.) I haven't complained to them yet, asit's hard to find employees during a global pandemic. However, I would also think that there's a standard taught in training. ???? Read more
Not really sure. But the pizzas at this location always seem over cooked. Crest is crispy and cheese is dark brown.
We were in town with a large group of youths. We contacted Little Caesars in Fort Gratiot with a very Large order. I spoke... with Kyle on the phone, who was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure that our order was Correct and on time. I reallyappreciated his hard work and speedy service. Kudos to Kyle and the Crew working at the Little Caesars on 24th Street!!! Read more
Best little Caesars around. Great staff and very fast to take my order. Food always taste great every time.
