Very poor experience. None of the food that we ordered was available. The waitress wasn’t knowledgeable enough to tell us this... when we ordered and had to come back to us after she put the order in. We went to another restaurant .. The Mushroom Pesto Rigatoni was excellent. Loaded with a large amount of mushrooms. Nicely surprising and delicious. Cyprus... Beet Salad was filling and hardy. Would order it again. It was a great spot for our group and lots of variety to choose from. Everyone was able to find something they liked. Read more

Good food, yes. Friendly wait staff, yes! The reason I only rate 3 stars is because you apparently can’t make reservations... yet when we waited an hour and finally were seated, there were 6 tables around us with a reservation sign on them. Which issuper weird. Also, they never have enough staff so you walk into a restaurant that is 60% empty and told it’s an hour wait. Seems a bit ridiculous when you can simply HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I think management has zero clue how to run an efficient business. I watched approximately 16 people in 5 different groups walk away and leave because of the wait when there was an entiresection of 20-30 tables empty. Bad business practice! If you weren’t attached to a casino, I doubt you would be in businessvery long. Improve please!!! Read more

The waitress disappeared after she brought our first drinks 20 minutes after we ordered them. The rest of the drinks we had to... actually go to the bar and order and when we needed to settle up, another worker had to go find the waitress to ring usout. Worst service I’ve probably ever had. We ate there today, my first time and I can tell you it will be the last. This is not what I would call a restaurant but a... cafeteria...from the freezer to table. Not only did we wait 1.5 hrs. before getting our food but it was horrible. Ourwaitress was good but not much she could do about the kitchen, when we asked what was taking so long, she said they were shortstaffed. I could have forgave it all, if the food was good. Obviously there is no chef here, just kids warming pre-made,frozen food. Not sure how clean the dishes are, our water glass had left over lipstick on it!! We never said anything, justdid not use it. This is a very serious health and safety concern, if the dishes are not coming out clean, that is a problem. Idon't want to eat on dirty plates!! I would think with covid etc. restaurants should be taking extra care to make sureeverything is spotless. I see others have had the same experience at this place, I wish I would have read the reviews prior toeating here. My advice is hire a chef and clean the dishes properly. Other than the view of the water, there is nothing here. Read more

The food was good. The price is okay. The ambience is fine. My little disappointment today was due to my wife's birthday. I... placed a reservation through the website, they asked what was the occasion, so I was expecting a little thing to show "you arespecial to us, and thank you for choosing us to celebrate your birthday". But it did not happen. They have absolutely noobligation though, but they were the ones to set the expectation. I didn't ask for anything. I would say that you should not askwhat is the occasion if that doesn't make any difference in the experience the customers will have. I certainly recommend theplace and the food. Read more
