It?s not even worth calling to get a refund again.. I?ve given them too many chances. They used to be so fresh back in the day... now, every time I go, the meat gets worse and I get sicker. Cashier up front was telling all mobile orders ?it will be out in a few? waited 20 mins after order pickup time (food was... vegetarian and had nothing cooked) . Left the store went home and came back and was told again ?it will be out in a few?. Askedfor refund that I never got. Only people who seemed to know what there doing was the manager who was swamped and the man at theend of the line who was picking up the slack. Can?t recommend this location. Placed an order through their app for delivery 1 hour later no food was delivered and i called to see what was going on while i... was on a work call - they said? ? i placed a pick up order? i was charged for delivery and service fee of course so 2 hourslater im on the call and what not I asked to refund me the money and cancel my order since the food is already cold. They didnot refund me the money, still sent the food which was cold - never ever ordering food from here esp from this location! Thanksfor the great experience!! Read more
Small place. Kind of like a mini version of Chipotle with fewer options. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced. Food was OK.

Young kid with Curley hair and silver chain simply doesn't care what you want. He is in a rush and you don't really have a... chance to get what you want. Customer service is key when the price of eating out is high. Probably rather go somewhere else forthis kind of food. Read more
This review is for the EHT location. Staff--5/5. Exuberant and friendly. Warm and welcoming. Atmosphere-4/5. Small but new... and neat as a pin. They've opened now in the first weak of May, 2022. Menu 4/5-. Focused selections with fair prices. Nosurprises here. Food-4/5. It was nothing special. That's not bad to me. It's very good, not excellent. I reserve 5/5 starsfor excellent. Very good is still very good. Overall-4/5 stars. Better than Taco Bell of course and better than Chipoltle butnot on the same level as full service local Mexican restaurants in the area. I was satisfied with my service and meal and wouldreadily go back if I'm in the mood for something casual. Overall it's a little over 4/5 stars. Good job. Read more
The worst. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. We did pickup on the app. What I ordered I did not receive. I... ordered the keto bowl. There was no quacamole, sour cream or shredded chicken in the bowl. They put whole uncooked pieces ofchicken (like rubber) with lettuce and cheese. Also, the side order of tater tots I requested queso on top in which you arecharged an additional $3 was PLAIN. My daughter's chiwawa bowl also had uncooked chicken. We threw it all out.
