I?m gonna start this review saying I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. Waited almost 2 and a half hours for bad pizza and... the delivery driver drove down my street 6 times because he couldn?t find my house. Order placed online at 5pm, online said 25 to 30 mins, 6:05pm still no food. Called to inquire where my food was and before I... could even finish talking the very rude Asst mgr Mary cut me off and said, "I never told you 30 mins", and then proceeded tohang up on me. She was very condescending in her tone. I called back and cancelled my order. I will be calling your RGM orcorporate office on Monday. People like you should not be employed for Dominos All I wanted to know is where my foodwas. Update: July 6th and still no update from Dominos corporate has not called me back. Its no suprise that the managers treatthe customers the way we do because the corporate people condone it and dont care. Food arrived disgustingly cold & old looking. Barely any toppings & Waited over a hour for delivery AFTER the food was removed... from the oven. Terrible! I placed order for delivery They said it would be an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I called them only to... be told that my pizza had been waiting for pickup. I specifically stated my address for the delivery which was confirmed. Afterwaiting one hour I?m ordering elsewhere and beyond hungry. never again ! Ever ! Read more

Just moved to the area in July 2021. Ordered from them for the first time last week. There was a stand of hair cooked INTO the... pizza, not just in top. I filed an "issue" online, and they gave me 20% off my next order. Tonight , 6:04 I placed my order. Thewebsite said the delivery person for nando went out at 6:18 for delivery. I was following him on the website Google map. Iwatched him drive around Brick and Point Pleasant for about 45 minutes, and then while his car was located on Princeton Avenue,all the sudden my order was processed as delivered. I opened my front door and it's not there. I checked both neighbors on theside and I checked the neighbor across the street. No food to be found. I called the shop and I told them I wanted a refundbecause I was waiting for an hour for food and I have two hungry kids sitting here waiting to eat before they have to go to bedfor school tomorrow. She said she would refund me and make sure that my food was going to get to me. Okay, great. About 10-15minutes later, there was a knock on the door - and my food was there. I look and see the delivery guy running down the street tohis car. So he delivered it to the wrong house, and ran it over. About 5-10 minutes later, the shop calls me and it was adifferent person from when I called. She asked me when I was coming in to pick up my food. I told her I had a scheduled fordelivery, took about an hour, I called for a refund but was told that my food was going to be delivered anyway, and I have noidea where a pickup option fell into the mix. They seem annoyed, but I'm not at fault here. I have worked in the food serviceand delivery industry, and I understand that boo boo's happen, but two in a row and hair in the food makes us not want to orderfrom here again. Read more

When I ordered the lady who answered had spoken so rudely to me and didn't even get my order correct. I just wanted to say that... Domino's customer service is really going down the drain nowadays.
