Staff doesn?t know how to take an order nor make an iced coffee.
There's a trio of kids that work here that were nice and funny, but also good workers. One was named Mason (or Jesse. He was... manning the register) and was a swell dude. The orders were right, which is difficult for workers double their age, and theywere very fast. Nice interior to this one, too! Read more
The guy at the counter could care less. He was nasty to my daughter and our order tasted sour and bad. We ended up just... dumping it. Mostly I have a pleasant experience at DD but the one in Point is just awful. Read more
I got latte from them and when I was picking up my drink at the window I saw that there was a hair on my lid when gave back and... asked for another one they waited a minute and gave me the same on back minus the hair. I could see the whole thing from my carbecause I was by window. When I went in to complain about it. They charge me for another latte so they can give me a new one. Iwish I recorded the whole thing.
