Staff doesn?t know how to take an order nor make an iced coffee.
There's a trio of kids that work here that were nice and funny, but also good workers. One was named Mason (or Jesse. He was... manning the register) and was a swell dude. The guy at the counter could care less. He was nasty to my daughter and our order tasted sour and bad. We ended up just... dumping it. Mostly I have a pleasant experience at DD but the one in Point is just awful. Read more
I got latte from them and when I was picking up my drink at the window I saw that there was a hair on my lid when gave back and... asked for another one they waited a minute and gave me the same on back minus the hair. I could see the whole thing from my carbecause I was by window. When I went in to complain about it. They charge me for another latte so they can give me a new one. Iwish I recorded the whole thing. Absolutely the worst DD around. Prices are much higher than anywhere else AND they NEVER get your order right. Ordered a drink... through the drive through and when I got to the window I could tell it was wrong by looking at it. Told me they?d make a newone. They didn?t. They added shamrock syrup to a CARAMEL macchiato instead-I ordered a Shamrock Macchiato. Cup still had thecaramel label on it. ?Manager? Ethan told me to come back with the drink for a refund!? Clean and neat the only one problem they gave me wrong doughnuts. I ordered 1/2 dozen 2 jelly 2 cream filled and 2 blueberry.... What I got was 4 jelly and 2 cream. My husband was happy but I don't like any of them. Read more
